A comfortable and relaxing stay
Pros:

My room and bed were really comfortable. The location is great and the staff were pleasant and friendly.

Good for one night …Heathrow flights directly overhead every minute in day.
Pros:

Location…near tube and Kew Gardens.
Good bathroom albeit smallish .
Good food and staff friendly.

Cons:

Chair in room was small and when trying to relax led to slipping forward on shiny seat. Needs small armchair in room.
Check out ok but found out that meal which wasn’t included in price meant misunderstood paying expected to be directly after meal and not upon checkout.

Poor customer service, poor value for money.

The location is fine

Cons:

Very dusty, very poor customer service. We have stayed twice, first time there was no running water and second time we booked the wrong dates by mistake. Manager lost temper and hit a wall in front of us. We were able to pay again to stay the night but the price was almost £100 more expensive, so we had to leave and find somewhere else to stay the night at 9pm. Cleanliness both times was poor.

Very comfortable except for the broken curtain and shower water pressure.
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice as were the evening meals. The room was very comfortable. The location was fantastic for visiting the National Archives, Kew Gardens, and the train station. The location was perfect for restaurants, fashion shops, cafes and extra food and grocery items needed.

Cons:

The room curtain was broken and needed repairing. The shower water pressure was bad and stopped completely on my last morning.

It was good and I'd stay there again for sure.
Pros:

Great staff, good parking, they were helpful in explaining the permit situation, checked us in early, great attitude.

Easy walk to Victoria Gate at Kew - staff were helpful when we said the Elizabeth Gate we needed to get to for the wedding was not on Google Maps! Told us where to get dropped to in an Uber instead which helped.

Cons:

Single beds (my fault probably for not checking) - but was too drunk after the wedding reception to notice anyway.

The blinds didn't pull up or work properly & regarding my noise rating, it is because the hotel is under a flight path with lots of low flying planes.

Traditional pub accommodation conveniently located in a pleasant neighbourhood. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room did not correspond to the description on the booking site: my room did not have a bath or a desk contrary to what was promised. As others have noted, the decor in the rooms is in need of a refresh - stains on walls, worn carpet, and so forth.

Dated but convenient
Pros:

Excellent location if you want to visit Kew Gardens.

Cons:

The hotel is very dated and there were no elevators. Had to carry our luggage to the 2nd floor.

Really handy for Kew.
Pros:

Nice & handy for getting into Kew Gardens early (two minutes walk). Also very close to the Tube. Good size room, comfortable bed, good size bathroom.
I had dinner in the restaurant, and the food was delicious.

Cons:

There was an air conditioner unit, as it was a very hot night, but it was too noisy to use overnight. The shower sent tiny water sprays in every direction!
Bedroom doors open outwards, which is a bit of a security issue.

Pleasant stay in excellent location
Pros:

Great location and very helpful and friendly staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately our bedroom had a broken blind when we arrived so we had difficulty with that during our stay.
Also there was a fault with the shower head so we had to use the shower on reduced flow because we didn't want to flood the bathroom.
