Close to the Kee Gardens station as well as the gardens themselves. A great Sunday meal.

Que la confortable douche pluie , comme les robinets, oscille toutes les 5-7 secondes entre abondance et filet d'eau passant du chaud au tiède, il semble que le débit est rythmé : pompe de pression de l'établissement déficiente ?
Et les rideaux bateau du pub qui tiennent de travers par des bouts de ficelle méritent d'être réparés car l'ambiance est sympa et cosy !

The location was first rate for me - close to the tube and also to Kew Gardens. The staff, from the managers to the cleaners, were unfailingly polite and helpful, which I really appreciated. The room was very clean.
A wardrobe in the room would have helped - there was just a hanging rail - so the room looked quite utilitarian as the iron, ironing board, hairdryer, my hanging clothes were all out on display. There were also- unnecessarily - a freestanding fan and airconditioning unit, presumably left over from the hot summer. Breakfast was either mediocre or poor. I did think that the things that were wrong could easily be put right.

Staff were great. Beds were comfortable. Spacious bathroom. Food was good.
Lack of double glazing and ageing windows meant there was some noise, particularly from aircraft as Heathrow arrivals pass overhead. The shower constantly varied between hot and cool, still usable but odd.
4 nights in one lovely room, a really good bed, windows looking over the main street, with good curtains to close it out, complete control of the radiator and heated towel rail if I wanted it on or not, lots of plugs for the devices, water replenished, at least when I asked for it to be, a great shower in the bath, a good sink, lots of shampoo/soap on hand. The breakfast was good, and the bar in the evening was lovely. Wifi worked well when the bar was open
The wifi dd not seem to reach my room out of bar hours, only connecting to the main page and then not allowing me to go elsewhere.
Local to shops and train station. Nice area.
It cost me 165 for a very basic room although it said superior. Old building that could do with a lick of paint and new carpets.
