It’s fine, but needs improvements.
Pros:

It has good public transport links. The staff were very friendly and made my stay.

Cons:

It’s tired and needs renovating. The carpets are frayed, the paintwork isn’t great, and the fixtures have seen better days.

Perfect location & friendly welcome.
Pros:

The location of this hotel is perfect for someone visiting Kew Gardens. 1 minute walk from Kew Village & the Underground. 2 minute walk to Victoria Gate Kew Gardens. Perfect. Their restaurant menu & bar area is lovely. Would recommend the curry. Loved the old sash window in my room. A lovely setup in general. Friendly bar staff. Plug in heater handy option to have but room was warm anyway.

Cons:

Hotel beds should slways have headboards & windowsill needs to be painted (full of cracked paint). Needs a bit of TLC that's all.

The location is great and we always enjoy our visits to London
Pros:

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Room 21 needs attention the bathroom is in need of a refurb. there is no where to keep toiletries in the bathroom, it could do with a shelf. I realise that there was a big rugby match on, but for £390 for two nights seems excessive for this room. ( Breakfast not included) .This hotel is in real need of a major refurbishment.

Clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff and close to Kew Gardens.
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities, an iron and ironing board, hair dryer etc. Beds were comfortable and there was a good supply of towels. The hotel was within easy reach of Kew Gardens tube station so ideal for anyone wanting to base themselves in this part of London.

Cons:

The rooms for my son and I were fine, but they were on the 3rd floor and anyone with mobility issues would have really struggled. There was no indication of this when we booked and there should be....it could have caused real problems for people.
