Le charme de l’Angleterre
Pros:

Idéal emplacement pour aller visiter Kew Gardens.
Le personnel était charmant et serviable
La cuisine au pub de l’hôtel délicieuse, une agréable surprise.

Cons:

Nous avons eu un peu froid dans la chambre.
Ce que personne n’a mentionné dans les autres commentaires : l’hôtel est directement sous le passage des avions car Heathrow est tout près. Ils s’arrêtent pour la nuit mais quand ils reprennent à 4h30 du matin, c’est dur. Le gérant nous dit que selon le vent les avions passent plus ou moins près.

Good location, ideal for a day or night out in Kew
Pros:

Location good. Not far from the station with small market and good independent shops. No frills. Would stay again.

Great location and easy to find. No lift but plenty of rest areas and hand rails. Rooms have everything you would want
Pros:

Handy for new job. Pub below is lovely and so is the food. Not noisy at all during the week which is great

Cons:

Lack of lift but it’s an old building so no where to house one

Pros:

Loved my room this trip.
Best bar around, roomy but cosy, with lounge seats and plenty of tables. Great for socialising.

Cons:

Good stay. Some of the rooms can be small, but I lucked out this time, great room!

I have photographs but they are on my phone so can I email them? We found the hotel very disappointing, I paid for this

Cons:

Inside it was very tired looking, the stair carpet was threadbare in a few places, the walls in our room (2) were grubby, the furniture old and the windows are ill fitting so that there was a cold draught coming into the room and we couldn’t get it warm. It was supposed to be a superior room and although the bedding and towels were spotless the rest of the room wasn’t what we would class as superior

Pros:

Great location and lovely place to stay. Close to Kew Gardens, the station and lots of local places to shop and eat. Highly recommend.

Cons:

The reception was often unstaffed but bar people were helpful.

Pros:

The location is excellent, in a quiet street a few minutes' walk from Kew Gardens. My room was a comfortable double room with an immaculately clean bathroom, and the staff were friendly and pleasant.

I cannot think of anything.

Pros:

Excellent situation in Kew Village

Cons:

Under Heathrow flight path which made sleeping difficult. Bedroom very warm and stuffy even though heating switched off
Very small range of breakfast, no fruit, cereals etc
