Had a great stay, within walking distance to my hospital as I was there for a surgery. Will definitely be back!

Heel fijn hotel en prettig verblijf, maar de informatie vooraf had beter gekund.
Pros:

Een prettig en gezellig hotel, heel handig gelegen op misschien 200 meter afstand van het station in een leuke wijk. De kamer die ik uiteindelijk kreeg was prima, met alles op zijn plaats.

Cons:

Ik had een eenpersoons kamer besproken. Maar toen ik bij het hotel kwam bleek het geen "kamer"maar een "hok" te zijn. Ik heb het nagekeken, er stond welnin de omschrijving dat de kamer 7 m² klein was, wat ik niet erg vind, het was ook goedkoop, maar een kamer zonder raam dat kan echt niet vind ik, en dat moet met grote letters in het aanbod staan om teleurstelling te voorkomen. Uiteindelijk is het netjes opgelost en kreeg ik een goede kamer weliswaar voor een iets hogere prijs. Maar ik hoop dat de volgende klanten duidelijker geïnformeerd worden voordat ze besluiten de kamer te huren.

Disappointed on both hotel and booking.com didn't fact check the property.
Pros:

the only positive thing about the hotel is the location, it is near two shopping centre and stations.
It is easy to get to the centre and quick.

Cons:

First, the room condition is really different from what they put on booking.com, on booking.com's picture it has window and airconditioning, but they don't! So the room get really hot and one night they put on the heating, so I need to sleep with my door open! Secondly, the room has many broken parts and it is not clean at all stain everywhere even on the bedsheet but compare to the first even these problems are minor!
Lastly, I complained all these to the hotel and they do absoutly nothing to improve it, they even tell me to complaint to booking.com instead like they know booking.com is not gonna do anything to improve it.

Tiny single room, poor standard of cleanliness
Pros:

Location.. Very handy for Bakırköy station. Friendly reception. Use of dispensers for hand soap and shower gel.

Cons:

The room was an extremely small single room. No storage for clothing etc. Window boarded over. Very poor cleanliness especially corners of the room and the bathroom. The shower itself was fine but the entire bathroom floor flooded. .
