They over booked out the rooms. I wasn't able to stay.
They need to work on every aspect on this hotel.
The hotel is under renovation, which is not reflected in any of the pictures, descriptions, or commentaries. The staff are pleasant, and responsive when asked for assistance. My first room was small, dark and musty smelling, and the door didn't close firmly, it looked as if it had been kicked in. My second room was better, although was still musty and very dated. Not really the value for money, due to the renovation, there is construction debris in most areas of the hotel, the pool water was murky and I wouldn't considered swimming in it, the breakfast buffet was very limited, no fresh brewed coffee, and not very appetizing. It was impossible to cancel the reservation and try to move to a better hotel. I travel a lot, and this is about the worst I have stayed in - particularly as nothing was as advertised.
The lobby is fully renovated and if the rest of the hotel has the same level of finishing it will be great - in the meantime - spend your money elsewhere.
The hotel is okay. It seems it was renovated in or after 2020. The layout did look different since my last stay there in early 2020. I was surprised only one (wipe) tower was in the bathroom.
The staffs were professionally. However, there were too many tables or chair drags likely from the dining room late in the night.
I rate this hotel up to 3 stars because of few reasons, one of which caused me an early checkout, I checked out of this hotel early due to the fact that I saw a living rat in my hotel room, which was a terrible experience! The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, everyone was polite and respectful. The location is great, I recommend proper cleaning and maintenance of various areas in the rooms. Plus, the mattresses need to be changed, and to provide clean bed sheets during each cleanup period.
Poor communication system. Telephone in the room, just decorative, never worked since 2019 l have been visiting. In the kitchen, food is good but they not using dishwasher machine, rather manually by hand as a result, utensils get stained. The sink in my bathroom was slow dripping.
Parking lot is very small. Four cars and it’s full
Nice area. Clean, friendly staff.
It’s a good hotel for Monrovia. Safe area. Good restaurant. Close to UN headquarters. Staff was very kind. Room was spacious and acceptably clean.
A little bit noisy outside the hotel which is not their fault
In all,i give them * * * * * * * * * !!!
It is a good hotel comparing the prices in this area. However, they need to change the hand towels, which are quite worn out, as well as the bed sheets.
I didn’t watch tv for the entire two weeks, grey stuff on screen, refused to change beddings, exposed to carbon monoxide from adjacent ac…
Bed sheets had stains. Walked in my room to water on the floor from the mini fridge. They said they couldn’t give me a different room because someone else just checked out and it would take to long to clean. Check out time was way to early, which is 10:00 AM. by 9:30am someone was already knocking on my door asking when i was leaving. You only get one towel no wash clothes so had to go buy my own, no soaps in the bathroom to wash your body as well. I wasn’t offered no Wi-Fi, very unpleasant stay. Which i could get my money back but that’s a dream within itself.
I really liked the communication skills of the receptionists.
I didn't like the fact that I wasn't given a key that I could keep.
I didn't like the fact that the shower wasn't working.
We enjoyed our time at Bella Casa immensely. The room was very comfortable and well kept. The staff was very responsive and professional. They routinely went, "the extra mile".
The property was nice. It met our expectations and the family liked it. Will recommend it to others
Overall, no complains. If you are looking for a reasonably-priced stay in the city, this might be your choice. It's definitely nothing fancy and needs some proper makeover.
Pasta bolognese for breakfast is a unique thing I never came across before but the fresh fruits were really tasty.
All staff were nice and forthcoming!
Pool is great and the water very clean.
This is my go to hotel in Monrovia. Comfortable, welcoming and with everything you need for a good stay.
It was not a pleasant
For the price that was paid, I was very much disappointed. The smell of my room. No duvet. I begged for a fridge in the room.
