Ein ruhiges und schönes Hotel. Gerne wieder

我预定了一个双床间但酒店坚持否认，说我订的不是双床，并说酒店已经订满没有办法给我换房间。房间窗户很小，隔音一般。

Pros:

Die Unterkunft an sich war gut

Cons:

Nach unserer Abreise mussten wir zu Hause feststellen, dass einige persönliche Gegenstände aus unserem Koffer fehlen. Diese befanden sich bereits einen Tag vor der Abreise im Koffer. Am Abreisetag sind wir direkt vom Hotel zum Flughafen gefahren, es gab also keine weitere Station dazwischen.

Als wir zu Hause ausgepackt haben, waren genau die einzigen wertvolleren Gegenstände nicht mehr im Koffer. Daraufhin haben wir das Hotel telefonisch kontaktiert. Uns wurde zugesichert, dass die Kameraaufnahmen überprüft und wir anschließend informiert würden.

Leider haben wir bis heute keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten. Dabei geht es uns nicht darum, jemanden vorschnell zu beschuldigen, sondern um eine transparente Klärung. Dass wir trotz Zusage keine Antwort bekommen haben, ist für uns sehr enttäuschend.

Перфектно
Pros:

Всичко беше чедесно. Беше много чисто и спретнато. В стаята беше топло. Хората на рецепция са истински професионалисти.
Закуската беше много вкусна и самото място беше уютно. На последния етаж има голяма тераса.
