The breakfast was very good. Perfect location. Close to ferry station, shopping area and a lots of restaurants and pubs in the area. Also the metro station is is at acceptable distance, close to Carrefour Nautilus.
The weathe was little cold at night, but at the roof terrace they have a electric heater, with was verry good. And I did not like that the windows have a security lock, and can not be open large. But this is due to turkey regulation so is not the hotel problem.
The location of the hotel was perfect. Ten minutes by foot to metro and to the ferry. We arrived at 9AM to the hotel and the receptionist (Meli) was amazing. He upgraded our room to the highest floor (4th) and we checked in early. Our room was a two room suite. Very clean. There was also a smaller room which we did not need or use - but for a third passanger it would have been great. Bed was big and great. Bathroom was spacious. I would have liked more counter space and maybe a shower more reachable. Now the shower/bath was a bit high for us. Another minor negative issue was that there was no fresh air in the room. It got very hot. Yes, there was an air-con, which we did not understand how to use but only way to get some air was to open the window - and it did not open a lot. Breakfast was good enough for us. We ate some eggs, pancakes, bread, cereals and some local pastries. Juice was fresh, which was a great plus. The surroundings were nice. Not by the main street so no big noice. Restaurants and supermarkets near by. And we decided to stay on the Asian side, which was a perfect decision. The sights are on the other side but the ferry took us there in 20 min and with nice and calm way compared to the metro and bus which we also tried. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
More counter space in the bedroom and maybe possibility to open two windows.
My wife and daughter arrived early in the morning, around 3 AM. The reception kindly arranged an early check-in for them, which we truly appreciated.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the overall vibe of the place was warm and pleasant.

Short one night stay. Close to the port which allowed for night trips on ferry and early morning walks to the market. Breakfast was great with plenty of options

Lage war sehr gut und der etwas ältere Herr an der Rezeption sehr höflich und nett.
Sehr sauberes, gepflegtes Zimmer mit tollem Preis leistungsverhältnis. Super lage und definitiv zu empfehlen !
