Fairly good for our purpose
Pros:

Cleanliness, courteous staff, free parking, comfortable bed, location for our purpose, fair for a short stay

Cons:

No way to control heat in the room-too hot for me, TV was fiddly and we couldn't get it to work, room size was was cramped, noise transmission across rooms was disturbing

Our room was dirty.
Cons:

Our room had not been properly cleaned.

We noticed:

-Some broken fixtures in the shower. A bottle of soap and the shower head were on the floor of the shower when we entered.

-The bathroom floor had hair, presumably from a previous occupant.

-The bathroom had only one partially used toilet paper roll available.

-The cabinet contained a deflated balloon.

-One of our pillowcases had red discoloration, presumably makeup. The bed was made and otherwise the sheets seemed fine.

-Blackout curtain had squished dead bugs stuck to it.

-The floor was dirty and had hair. It didn't seem to have been vacuumed.

Room was dirty nothing like the picture. Shower was awful mould everywere and so tight, When asked reception got told nothing we can do.

COCKROACH IN ROOM 16
Pros:

Everything seemed fine until the second night when we found a huge cockroach at 2am and reception did not care to help or even come to see

Cons:

Cockroach found in room 16, reception wouldnโ€™t come clean it and gave me a tin of floor adhesive to kill it myself with, when I asked to move there were no other rooms. The following morning I was told there has not been a single cockroach in 20 years and thereโ€™s more chance of a parrot being loose in the room I was disrespected and labeled a liar I suggest the staff thoroughly search the room and apologise to me once the huge cockroach is found I also was told I wonโ€™t get a refund and didnโ€™t get an apology if I would have at least got an apology I wouldnโ€™t have wrote this. AVOID at all costs

Lovely clean hotel staff are lovely!!
Pros:

Lovely and clean, modern and 4 minute walk from the tube station, my daughter and I stayed while we visited London to see guns n roses. The gentleman that checked is in was so friendly and welcoming! Will definitely be coming back.
