Decent place, good for the price.
Pros:

Broadly speaking it was a nice room and facilities, was clean and well provisioned. I would stay again.

Cons:

The sockets next to the bed were broken or not working, caused me hassle as things I thought had been charging hadn't. Also the plug for the bath was missing so I couldn't unwind at the end of the day as I had wanted.

Great location for travel into London from the north.
Pros:

Good location for the tube, and the end of the M1. Spacious and clean room, complementary tea, coffee and breakfast. Staff were helpful.

Cons:

Shower was too hot, couldn’t turn down the temp in our room. Free parking was good if you got a space, if not there was little alternative. There were no knives at breakfast for toast etc, but I’m sure that would be a one off.

Pros:

Staff were really amazing, the room was all we needed for a London pitstop.

Cons:

The only thing I can say is, the room only had decaf coffee in it. But once I asked for normal coffee it was provided

Buena ubicación, pero el mantenimiento y la limpieza bastante mejorables

La ubicación esta bien y la cama es cómoda. El personal es amable

Cons:

Limpieza bastante mejorable. Ídem con el mantenimiento: el aire acondicionado enfría poco, la cisterna funciona mal, la ducha tambien funciona mal (y es imposible graduar la temperatura del agua), los enchufes junto a la cama no funcionan

המלום ממש חמוד , נקי , בתמורה למחיר הוא פשוט מעולה . יש מזגן שזה בונוס ענק . הצוות נחמד , יש מכונת קפה ותה חינם . מתאים מאוד לדתיים - יש מפתח שבת , אין חיישנים , יש מזוזות בכל המלון . בשבת אם מבקשים הם שמים מיחם - חשוב לבקש מראש . מיקום שבע דק' הליכה מבית חב"ד וליד הרחוב הראשי של המסעדות הכשרות .

Cons:

אין מעלית קחו את זה בחשבון למרות שזה לא כל כך נורא . חוץ מזה כלום .

CCkean hotel disappointing breakfast
Pros:

Lovely clean hotel in a good loction.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit of a let down. Advised that breakfast was available from 8am but when we arrived around 8.20am there was only a selection of cereal and two types of bread. Not sure if more was available later on but we did expect to have the full breakfast selection available from 8am.

Comfortable room but safety needs to be looked at
Pros:

Nice comfortable room, the air conditioning was perfect and needed during the heat wave. Everything worked and was clean.

Cons:

We stayed here to go to Harry Styles, the Friday evening we arrived back at the hotel at 1:30am and the door was unlocked so anyone could enter the hotel and there was no one on reception.

The Saturday I went to Harry again and returned to the hotel at 12:30am, the door was unlocked again and no one was on reception.

Anyone could walk in at any point and as a women travelling this made me feel quite uncomfortable
