Good clean hotel bad beds
Pros:

Great location ,pleasant staff and very clean

Cons:

Bed in room 5 where we stayed was extremely uncomfortable. It felt as if it had a large hole in the matress

Overpriced, not a four star hotel
Pros:

Ok location for access to the tube into central London, straight off the M1 and close to the high street where there are good food choices. Also parking directly outside.

Cons:

Totally overpriced and absolutely not a 4 star hotel. Communal areas are nice but we had a room for 3 which was tiny. Had to walk sideways around the bed and the third bed was literally at the end of the bed - no other space. Beds were comfortable and clean though. Bathroom was also tiny and you had to manoeuvre around the door to get to the toilet! It was also very dated and a bit scruffy. The window had paint peeling off, there was rust around the metalwork, shower screen leaked and soaked the floor and there were ant killer disc things on the floor. Paid £180 for one night which was far too much for the standard of room. Only booked there as we drive to the area and needed parking but you can get much nicer accommodation in central London for cheaper!

Pros:

Wonderful boutique hotel in a central location in Golders Green NW11 - extremely convenient for shopping and food. Wonderful generous management and stuff. I was impressed by how much care and consideration I received while staying. Can not recommend this property enough.

Nothing! Everything was great.

Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable with extra large bed.
Breakfast wasn't available but had tea and coffee.
Free parking was great, good location.

Cons:

We couldn't control the temperature of the hot water in the bathroom. It was very hot. The shower was pulsing.

Pros:

Parking right outside the property and it's located 5 mins walk from the tube.

Cons:

There wasn't anything to dislike. It was great value for money, quiet, comfortable and the staff were very accommodating.

Convenient, quiet
Pros:

The location was perfect to reach work. Small fridge. Hotel happy for you to bring in your own food. Hotel does not provide food on the Sabbath (Friday night to Saturday night) Open gardens at the back. Very peaceful. Woodpeckers in the trees!

Great not perfect
Pros:

The staff were exceptional they approved my request for late check within seconds, great location and decent porch to catch a smoke. I was able to leave my luggage until departure

But it was not too clean I found a trail of ants in the bathroom and used drinks in the fridge Other than that it was great
