I came to this hotel to recover after recent surgery in Istanbul. I was a lone female traveler in a foreign country. This hotel made me feel welcome and secure. The room I had was modern and comfortable with everything I needed. The cleansing staff was very friendly too. There was a good selection of fresh food for breakfast and I used both room service and the restaurant for evening meals which had a good selection. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I came to this hotel to recover after recent surgery in Istanbul. I was a lone female traveler in a foreign country. This hotel made me feel welcome and secure. There was a good selection of fresh food for breakfast and I used both room service and the restaurant for evening meals which had a good selection. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The same song of Hotel California played in the restaurant. It would be better for a mix of background music, but I know I'm being picky

Nice hotel but in general not very satisfied
Pros:

The room was nice, there’s a free parking.

Cons:

The spa wasn’t what I expected, the steam room works only when the staff want obviously, they said there was no option for massages because they had no staff, also the water in the pool was not very warm, and they forced us to buy hats for the pool although when we went there there was people without hats. Also we were two people and they gave us only one card for the room although the card was needed so that you can use the elevator.
