Swimming pool was quite good. Kids enjoyed it a lot. When one of our son was not feeling well, they allowed us to take breakfast to the room. So that was good.
The room size was quite average. The soundproofing in the hotel was very poor. The buildings around the hotel are under construction, so you can hear a lot of noise from outside. Noise from other rooms is also quite noticeable.
Breakfast was also disappointing. There were not many sweet options available. In addition, the service during breakfast was poor. Dishes were often empty, and staff would not refill them unless asked. Also, the water connected to the juice machine did not seem to be filtered or mineral water. You could clearly taste the unpleasant tap water flavor when drinking cold water from the machine.
The hotel classifies itself as a 5-star hotel, but in reality, it does not even qualify as a 3-star property. The door frames were broken, the TV stand was loose, and the bathroom sink was cracked.
The strangest thing about this hotel is their policy regarding outside food and drinks. They state that guests are not allowed to bring food or beverages from outside. Their own food is both poor in quality and expensive, yet they still discourage guests from bringing anything from elsewhere. We still brought food from outside, but the staff at the entrance kept watching us every time, which made us feel uncomfortable and guilty. It is a very strange policy, and I have never encountered anything like this in hotels over the past decades.
Their daily housekeeping service was also very poor. The room was cleaned extremely quickly, usually within five minutes, and nothing was cleaned properly. On two days, one housekeeping staff member had such a strong unpleasant odor that the room smelled bad for hours after cleaning.
There are no trash bins on each floor. As a result, when the trash bin in your room becomes full, there is nowhere else to dispose of garbage. Because of this, people were leaving trash bags near the elevator area. The hotel staff should address this issue.

The concept
This was the worst possible hotel stay at a place with so much potential.
Arrival was smooth. From there, everything went downhill.
I suffered through the heat with my two young children after contacting the front desk directly and through WhatsApp more than four times about the air conditioning — which is controlled by the hotel. The room remained unbearably hot. My children could barely sleep, and every morning we were desperate to leave the hotel just to cool down. The standard room is extremely small, and the pool was barely heated.
The last meal I ordered included chicken that was clearly undercooked and unfinished.
On the final day, the water quality was also bad.
Then came the worst part — departure day. We had to leave for our flight without my children’s jackets, one of my head coverings, and with me wearing a dirty shirt because the hotel failed to return my laundry on time. I turned the laundry in before 9:00 AM, and it was guaranteed to be returned BY 4:00 PM. I later found out it was not even started until 4:00 PM. I had to leave by 6:45 PM for my flight.
When I asked the front desk what could be done, I was told to wait another hour for the laundry — risking missing my flight with two children. There was no compensation offered and not even a sincere apology.
This hotel has potential, but the level of service and lack of accountability made this an extremely disappointing experience.

Giriş işlemleri sorunsuzdu. Ondan sonra her şey kötüye gitmeye başladı.
Klima konusunda resepsiyonla hem doğrudan hem de WhatsApp üzerinden dört kereden fazla iletişime geçmeme rağmen, iki küçük çocuğumla birlikte sıcakta perişan olduk. Klima otel tarafından kontrol ediliyordu ve oda dayanılmaz derecede sıcaktı. Çocuklarım uyuyamadı ve her sabah sadece serinleyebilmek için otelden çıkmayı sabırsızlıkla bekliyorduk. Standart oda aşırı küçüktü, havuz ise neredeyse hiç ısıtılmamıştı.

Personalul foarte amabil, ne-au adus un pat suplimentar de adult desi nu am cerut, in mod gratuit fiindca cerusem un pat mai mare sa intre si copilul de 5 ani. Managerul hotelului foarte primitor, ii dadea copilului cate un suc de fiecare data cand il vedea. Multumim! Cu siguranta vom reveni.
Totul a fost peste asteptari.

Прекрасный отель с красивым видом. Есть бассейн,спорт зал и хамам раздельный для мужчин и женщин. Завтраки очень вкусные, можно поваров попросить тебе отдельно приготовить омлет. Каждый день завтрак разный. Персонал отзывчивый. Халат и всякие коробочки с ушными палочками,бритвами и щётками зубными всё есть. Матрас на кровати удобный и подушки тоже. До центра можно доехать на автобусе ,ехать 30 минут с пробками,а без пробок 20 минут. Автобус ходит прямой 50Р и 336Е.
Остановка не далеко в 5 минутах. Если что есть google карты и там можете посмотреть как от отеля доехать ,до центра.
Но есть одно но, отелю нужна реставрация ,потому что от времени ставится потреа.
Надеюсь, что в скором времени отель приведут в порядок.

L'amabilité et la serviabilité du personnel. Ils étaient tous aux petits soins et vraiment à l'écoute. Ceux de l'accueil aident volontier, au petit déjeuner ils étaient agréables et serviables.
J'ai eu à faire quelques commentaires négatifs et très sincèrement ils les ont pris au sérieux et nous avons pu avoir un vrai échange. C'est un hôtel où on se sent en confiance, dans un quartier familial, avec peu de touristes. Leur spa est super agréable aussi, le personnel y est respectueux et à l'écoute.
Le quartier, au permier abord, quand on paye pour un hôtel 5 étoiles on ne s'attend pas à débarquer dans un quartier où une partie des immeubles est en destruction et l'autre en construction. Les fenêtres ne sont pas très bien insonorisées donc le matin dès 7h on entend les bruits du chantier d'à côté. Chantier sur lequel nous avons vue depuis la fenêtre de notre chambre....
Dans la chambre, sur le mur, une belle trace de coup de poing... Pas très rassurant quamd on fait le tour de la chambre...
Les peignoirs usés jusqu'à la corde, ne donnent pas envie d'être portés....
Niveau nettoyage, les essuis et poubelles étaient changés mais le nettoyage pas vraiment efficace, malgré un bon pourboire donné au debut du séjour. Nous sommes resté 10 jours, pas une seule fois les draps n'ont été changés.... Donc vraiment pas top à ce niveau là. Pour un 5 étoiles il y a du progrès à faire à ce niveau.
Je précise que j'ai fait part de certains points avec le personnel et ceux m'ont proposé de changer ma chambre, de nous mettre à l'aise etc... Donc je le note mais pas pour poser de problème au personnel. Juste pour un retour sincère de nôtre expérience....
