We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel was very clean, and all the staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The property was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with excellent facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. Every member of the staff was professional and friendly, making us feel at home throughout our stay.

They give me two room cards. Then they take the one card from the room without permission. (Rude behavior). they did it twice

the air conditioner in one room was always on even if we turn off, and in other room was always off even if we turn on!
I really appreciated the helpfulness of everyone—especially the reception and Guest Relations team, including Ms. Nilay and the others—thanks to their prompt assistance, dedication to guest comfort, and daily check-ins. I also loved the restaurant team and the meals, which were delicious and beautifully presented. The wellness area was fantastic, with a kind and friendly staff, and the housekeeping team was absolutely wonderful. In fact, the entire hotel staff was outstanding.
