Había personal que si que era amable y atento.
Nuestra experiencia en este hotel de 5 estrellas ha sido muy decepcionante. Cuando hicimos la reserva se indicaba que disponía de parking, pero al llegar nos dijeron que estaba completo y que no podíamos dejar el coche allí. Tuvimos que dejar el vehículo con todas las maletas en la calle, lo que nos supuso un gran inconveniente.
La limpieza de la habitación era muy deficiente. Cuando venían a “limpiarla”, prácticamente lo único que hacían era estirar la colcha. Las almohadas las dejaban exactamente igual, el baño seguía sucio, el espejo tenía manchas y el grifo presentaba moho. En ningún momento la habitación dio sensación de estar correctamente limpiada.
Además, para tratarse de un hotel de 5 estrellas, echamos en falta detalles básicos que suelen ofrecer este tipo de establecimientos: no había kits de aseo, ni un vaso para dejar los cepillos de dientes, ni siquiera un colgador para las toallas.
Éramos tres personas alojadas en la habitación y únicamente nos dejaron dos toallas. Fuimos a recepción para solicitar una tercera y nos aseguraron que nos la llevarían. Después de cuatro días de estancia, seguimos esperando esa toalla porque nunca llegó.
El aire acondicionado tampoco funcionaba correctamente. Lo comunicamos en recepción y nos dijeron que enviaban a alguien para revisarlo, pero nadie apareció durante toda la estancia.
Lo más decepcionante fue la actitud del supuesto manager de recepción. A pesar de haberle comunicado todos estos problemas, no solucionó absolutamente ninguno. Para terminar, durante el check-out me tuvo esperando mientras hablaba por teléfono y conversaba con otros empleados, sin atenderme. Incluso le comenté que tenía prisa, pero le dio exactamente igual. Cuando finalmente le dije que el servicio que habíamos recibido había sido terrible, pareció sorprenderse.
Después de pagar el precio de un hotel de 5 estrellas, este nivel de servicio es completamente inaceptable. Ha sido, sin duda, el peor servicio que hemos tenido en un hotel.

Honestly, this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff was very friendly, and Nilay was always checking in on us to see how we were doing and if we needed any help. The facilities are very modern, and my daughter really enjoyed the pool. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, and the staff was very attentive. We are already thinking about coming back.
The truth is that I liked it and there was nothing I didn't like about it
