Alles wie versprochen gut, würde gerne besseren Duschkopf und einen Duschvorhang wünschen. Gute Service, sehr freundliche Bedienung. Sehr sauber, sehr hilfsbereit, die Gegend Nähe am Meer, gerne wieder, gerne werden wir es weiterempfehlen.

Ailecek kaldık, 2 yetişkin 1 çocuk. Oda bir defa çok dar ve rutubet kokuyor. Çocuk için koydukları yatak baza yerde. Nevresimler temiz değil, otopark var diye yazılı ama ortada otopark yok yine de park problemine yardımcı oluyorlar biraz amatörce olsa da. Müşteri ilişkileri güzel sıcak kanlı insanlar.Fiyat performans açısından ortanın bir altı.

Das Zimmer hat gestunken. Vom Zimmer aus hast du nur schwaches Wlan. Ansonsten hat es für ein zwei Sterne Hotel schon gepasst. Was hat eine schöne Zentrale Lage.

Personel güler yüzlü fakat kaldığımız oda gerçekten çok dardı. Otele ciddi anlamda yenileme gerekiyor. Giriş katta bulunan ve fotoğraflarda gözüken resepsiyon yer sahibi ile olan anlaşmazlık nedeniyle artık yokmuş. Dar bir girişten merdivenle ulaşılan 1.katta resepsiyon mevcut. Kahvaltı için ortalamanın altı diyebilirim. Bizde daha çok esnaf oteli izlenimi uyandırdı.

Zentral gelegen und nicht weit von der Promenade entfernt. Die Zimmer sind für das Preisniveau überraschend komfortabel eingerichtet und sauber, der Service freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation gestaltet sich ohne türkisch zu sprechen entwas schwierig, aber dank online-Übersetzung und Geduld vom Personal ist das kaum problematisch.

Son derece misafirperver bir işletme, bütün personel ve işletme sahibi o kadar içtenlikle ve samimiyetle hizmet ediyorlar ki olumsuzlukları görmezden geliyorsunuz. Tertemiz yataklar ve oda ve güleryüz. Odamızı hızla değiştirdiler, çünkü fotodaki oda değildi ve duşa kabin yoktu, daracıktı. İtirazımızı hemen değerlendirdiler ve yeni oda verdiler. Odalarda yenileme gerekiyor. Önündeki tarihi eserlerin restorasyonu bitince çok daha güzel olacak. Sahile yürüme mesafesi.

Rooms are very noisy and wifi is unstable.

In first room we checked into there was a deep smell of cigarettes. They changed us to another room which was better. However when the neighbor smokes in the room it comes through the ventilation.

Laundry service was lacking big time.

I think it must be possible to find a better deal.

أعجبني: موقع الفندق فهو يقع بجوار الأسواق وقريب من كل الفعاليات، كذلك تقديم الفندق وجبة إفطار مجانية مع كل حجز.
لم يعجبني: قدم الأثاث، وعدم العناية بالنظافة، وقلة المواقف.

Big event was Deaf Olympic and I met deaf people from other countries. Hotel staff were so friendly and docwell with us. One staff know basic English as well. Other some staff also know English in very little bit. They are e all nice.

Otelden memnun kaldik. 4 kisilik bir aile idik. Oda biraz kucuk gelse de yataklar temiz ve rahatti. Banyoda havalandirma yoktu. Bu da buharin atilmasinda oldukca sikinti yaratiyordu. Kahvaltisi doyurucu ve kaliteliydi. Otelin yeri oldukca merkezi. Limana yurume mesafesinde. Kendine ait bir otoparki yok ancak bir otopark ile anlasmali ve misafir araclarini oraya yonlendieiorlar. Burasi da otele oldukca yakin. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldik. Otel calisanlari oldukca guleryuzlu ve yardimseverdi. Hepsine tekrar tesekkurler

The Grand Desi Hotel is not the fanciest hotel you'll find. The rooms are clean and adequate. Perfect for what I needed in fact. BUT, the staff are just amazing. The owner and all staff went out of their way to help in any way they could. They did so much for me while I was there it made a difference to my overall vacation experience. The owner helped me buy a SIM card, took me for a spin in his car and on his motor scooter. The staff did my washing for free and were simply willing to help on any topic at any time. They truly seemed to enjoy engaging with the guests. Nothing felt fake at all.

A wonderful hotel that can be part of the holiday experience, not just a place to sleep.

Çok temiz ve ekonomik, çalışanlar çok yardımcı. Oda biraz küçük ve alan ekonomik kullanılmış ama 2 yıldızlı bir otel için gayet yeterli. Otopark için yardımcı oluyorlar, konumu da gayet merkezi.

When I search hotels on the Net, I would like to hear real guests and their genuine comments at accommodation places. I hadn't been sure about this hotel until I stayed for 2 days with my wife on the second week of Sept. 2016.

If you are looking for bits of everything, you are at the right place! Very very very friendly staff, nice city and sea view at the restaurant, clean and well-organised rooms at the very core of the city and more!

The most popular street in Samsun is at a walking distance (5 mins away). Any time, you could find a person to help you with your needs at the hotel! And what is the most important is that you can trust them on everything. You feel that you are really being cared about and you feel special.

Does the hotel serve 5-star facilities? Of course not! But you will really feel at home. Have a try and explore more than these...

Arrived via bicycle from Corun in the dark and dirty. Their hospitality was amazing, they helped carry my bicycle inside along with my bags. The room was very clean and updated. The staff is remarkable for there service and the owner spoke excellence English. Located in a classic older part of Samsun near shops and restaurants in a very pedestrian friendly place
