A great base for enjoying Batik.
Pros:

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The location was convenient, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
I only stayed for one night, so I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but I’d love to enjoy it with my son next time.

Cons:

One small issue was that there was no power outlet next to the bed and no USB.
So charging my phone was a bit inconvenient.
It would be great if an outlet could be added near the bed.

Pros:

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Ontbijt uitgebreid.

Cons:

Kennis van het Engels is minimaal. Kamer zeer gehorig; straat geluiden en buren. Zwembad gevuld met kinderen en aangeklede dames. Hotel niet zo geschikt voor Westers publiek.

Pros:

Overall, it was a decent hotel. Since Cirebon is quite far from the capital, it’s hard to expect the same standard as Jakarta, but considering the price, it was satisfactory.

One of the best things was its proximity to a large shopping mall. The mall called “Garage” is only a 5-minute walk away, so it was nice to walk there for a bit of exercise, and it was convenient because I could easily buy anything I needed.

Cons:

Check-in was delayed, and I had to wait outside for an hour. This part was a bit disappointing. Just as guests are expected to follow the check-out time, I believe the hotel should strictly honor the check-in time as well.

They mentioned that they upgraded my room because of the wait, but for me, my time is more important than the size of the room.

Zag er mooi uit bij aankomst maar de ervaring was matig
Pros:

De bedden waren heel erg fijn en de kamer was schoon voor Aziatische begrippen. Gratis shuttle service naar het station. Meeste personeel was erg vriendelijk en probeerde hun best te doen ondanks het feit dat communicatie in het Engels moeilijk verloopt.

Cons:

-er is een Grillrestaurant bij het zwembad. Die besteld het eten uit de keuken beneden en er wordt dus niks gegrild. De kaart is hetzelfde als van het andere restaurant. De jongen die er in de bediening werkte was lui en ongeïnteresseerd en er werden dus fouten gemaakt met de bestelling. Het eten was matig, duurde een eeuwigheid en de ambiance sfeerloos. Scheve tafels, ongezellige verlichting en geen tafelkleed, kaarsje, plantje oid op de tafels.

- airconditioning kon alleen op stand diepvries of uit
- mieren in de kamer( 5de verdieping)
- ontbijt ( westers) was matig van kwaliteit
- er is een bar maar die serveert behalve bier geen andere alcoholische drank

Cons:

Di kamar hanya ada 2 stop kontak untuk colokan, di kamar mandi tidak ada sama sekali. Tidak bisa catok rambut di kamar mandi karena tidak ada colokan listriknya. Di meja kanarpun samping tempat tidur tidak ada. Tidak bisa cas HP.

Pros:

Hotelnya nyaman, kamar bersih dan tersedia penjemputan dan pengantaran ke stasiun kereta Cirebon. Bisa hubungi pihak hotel untuk mengatur layanan ini. Menu sarapan juga lengkap dan sesuai selera. Jangan lupa bawa pulang ketan gurih Ny. Lani dan berbelanja batik di Trusmi. Sangat recommended ya!

Pros:

Friendly staff, good breakfast, and close to shooping area. The personnel are kind and friendly.

Cons:

Very thin wall, we could hear the voices and noice from the next room, which is not for children under 18!. Room hall smeel from cigarette.
Very pity.
