Il faut bien entretenir les vestiaires, c'est domage que la piscine et le sauna a l'interieur de vestiaire de femme n'est pas entretenue.

Pros:

The staff were wonderful! Especially Ari at the desk who helped when we had a train problem. The driving staff could not have been more helpful as well
All were very friendly and obliging

A great base for enjoying Batik.
Pros:

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The location was convenient, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
I only stayed for one night, so I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but I’d love to enjoy it with my son next time.

Cons:

One small issue was that there was no power outlet next to the bed and no USB.
So charging my phone was a bit inconvenient.
It would be great if an outlet could be added near the bed.
