Très bien très beau et accueillant mais pas que...
Pros:

Le personnel de l'accueil et en salle restaurant est très accueillant et le service parfait. La piscine est très bien ainsi que le SPA même si ce dernier devrait être plutôt autorisé au plus de 16 ans, étant un lieu de calme. Le buffet est très bien, les chambres sont belles. L'hôtel est calme c'est agréable mais en contrepartie pas d'animation. Rooftop très sympa encore plus pour l'éclipse.

Cons:

Des petits détails mais un petit déjeuner de 8h à 11h pas vraiment en lien avec les horaires des excursions et pour éviter la chaleur, un 7h ou 7h30 à 10h30 serait mieux. Ça manque un peu de chaleur humaine, les clients n'ont aucun échange avec d'autres, les activités non présentes créent aussi du lien. Les excursions non testées par l'hôtel, un 5* doit proposer des excursions de qualité et ce n'était pas le cas.

Pros:

¡Una estancia inolvidable en Hipotels Playa de Palma! Pasamos unos días maravillosos. El hotel es impecable y está cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle. El personal es sumamente atento a cualquier petición del cliente y tanto la cocina como el desayuno son sencillamente espectaculares.
Queremos hacer un reconocimiento muy especial a la camarera Jessi por su gran profesionalidad y excelente trabajo. Fue una de las mejores; gracias a ella nos sentimos verdaderamente mimados tanto en el desayuno como en la cena.
¡Un gran abrazo desde Italia!

Nous avons aimé l espace piscine , le buffet , la chambre, le personnel en salle , le spa , la beauté de l hôtel

Cons:

Le fait qu’il n y ai pas de pension complète, le tarif des boissons étaient différent selon la terrasse choisie nous trouvons cela inadmissible ! Et le comble short interdit pour les hommes au restaurant ! Ouf mon mari avait pris un pantalon ! Mais on a pas eu l impression d être en vacances et pourtant nous avons fait beaucoup d hôtel 5 étoiles ! La literie était dure et les oreillers idem dommage … à oui et j’ai oublier même le soir au restaurant l eau était payante ! Du jamais vu non plus ! On a eu la sensation que tout était business car même certains transat était payant ! Et l hôtel est classé sur boooking front de mer c’est faux il faut marcher plus de 5 min à pied

Nice hotel, staff is rude, german guests will ruin your holiday
Cons:

Staff at the restaurant is rude. Calling every woman „mommy“ is not what you expect in a five star hotel.

Guests are mainly lower class Germans with no respect for other people, guaranteed to ruin any five star expectation you might have.

Sejour incroyable pour des vrai vacances
Pros:

Hotel splendide.
Tout est fait pour que vous passez des super vacances.
Il mérite ses 5 étoiles vraiment.
Le personnel est vraiment top et au petit soin.
Les 3 piscines sont tres grandes et tres propre.
Le spa est juste exceptionnel.
La propreté des lieu est incroyable.
La nourriture est tres tres bonne.
L'emplacement est nikel.
En bref on peut pas vraiment lui reprocher grand chose.

L'accès a la mer est condamné depuis la piscine obligé de ressortir de l'hotel par la réception pour aller a la mer

The hotel is excellent, with a great location and exceptionally delicious food. I have been coming here for five years now and can definitely recommend it.

Cons:

During periods of very hot weather, it would be a nice gesture from the hotel to provide at least one bottle of water per day in each room. This would not represent a significant additional cost and could easily be incorporated into the room rate.
Few years ago the hotel replaced the Bali beds with newer ones, but unfortunately they do not provide sufficient protection from the sun. As a result, guests are forced to look for and purchase their own covers or fabrics to provide shade. Since the Bali bed rental is not inexpensive, it would be a nice touch for a five-star hotel to provide matching covers for all the beds. This would not only be more convenient for guests but would also contribute to the overall aesthetics of the hotel.
