Aucune mesure de sécurité - aucun agent de sécurité, n’importe qui peut entrer .. du jamais vu pour un hôtel 5 étoiles !!!
Place de parking payante .. c’est inadmissible pour un hôtel 5 étoiles
La nourriture n’était pas bonne et pas assez de choix surtout pour le dîner - c’est le grand point regrettable pour cet hôtel
La piscine intérieure n’est pas si grande comme elle pourrait paraître sur les photos et l’eau était froide - jacuzzi pas du tout chaude, ça ne donne même pas envie d’y rester !

Pros:

Sehr sehr sehr sauber ob im Zimmer oder draußen am Pool sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend hat mir und mein Mann sehr gefallen wir waren zum ersten Mal das und würden wieder da hin fliegen viele ältere Herrschaften es wir haben für ein Tag gebucht haben sehr viel Geld bezahlt aber es hat sich gelohnt was nur mir gefehlt hat in dem Preis ist nur frühstücken inbegriffen sonst muss man alles bezahlen das war der Nachteil die bieten kein all Inklusiv nicht an nach ist schade sonst von 10/10

Das Hotel hat sehr nachgelassen. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht mehr.

. Kaffee nicht kostenlos auf dem Zimmer
. 5* und kein vanity-kit mehr zur Verfügung
. Köche sprechen kaum/kein Englisch/Deutsch
. Essen nicht mehr in der Vielfalt vorhanden, wie es mal war

Amazing hotel and staff
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, a real 5*****, amazing rooms, absolutely great staff. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and helpful. I wanted to change rooms for a sea view and the reception was great in helping me. I am sorry I didn’t get their names. Naomi and Rosanna at the spa are both exceptional. The food was delicious too. The breakfast was incredible and the last night I wanted to stay in the hotel for dinner as I only had breakfast included.- I paid only 35 euro plus another 27 for a prime local wine - such a great time value. There is a bus stop 5 min walking from the hotel to take you to the city of Palma, which can save you the 25 euro for a taxi.

Cons:

No disposable flip flops in the rooms/spa, no shower cap or anything you should have in your room when you stay in a 5 star hotel. No fan in the spa dressing rooms to dry your hair.

Excellent service ✨
Pros:

We had a great stay at this hotel and really enjoyed our time here.

The food was excellent with a good variety every day, and everything was fresh and tasty. The staff were the highlight — young, energetic, and very friendly, always working hard with a smile.

The atmosphere is perfect for families, and our kids had a wonderful time.

We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily come back.

Pros:

Der Check-in verlief freundlich und unkompliziert, inklusive eines Begrüßungsgetränks. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große und abwechslungsreiche Auswahl.

Der Spa-Bereich ist ausreichend dimensioniert und gut geeignet zur Entspannung. Besonders praktisch ist der Rennradverleih von Hürzeler direkt im Hotel.

Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt neben dem Hotel, auf dem wir stets einen freien Platz gefunden haben. Alternativ kann ein Parkplatz auch über das Hotel gebucht werden.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr sauber, das Personal durchweg höflich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, gut ausgestattet und bieten einen schönen Blick auf das Meer.

Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Bästa hotell
Pros:

Återigen världens bästa hotell med personal mat miljön. Man får allt i den här hotellet. Vi checka in sen och vilken service och bemötande och span, överskatt på rummet med jätte gott och fin mat på rummet. , jag har varit på många femstjärniga hotell men det aldrig som hipotels , ni är bäst och jag rekommenderar till alla som frågar om min semester. Och jag kommer alltid tillbaka. Ni är bäst och ska ni vara stolta 😍
