Great Location and rooms!

Cons:

Breakfast was not that good as in other places in Costa Rica, e.g. no fresh juices in the morning.

Wunderbare Lage mit toller Aussicht
Pros:

Super schöne und bequeme Unterkunft an top Lage - die Aussicht ist atemberaubend.
Das Essen war sehr gut und das Personal zum Teil sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Zwei bis drei Mitarbeiter im Restaurant waren sehr unfreundlich und mürrisch - etwas das wir auf unserer dreimonatigen Zentralamerikareise sonst nie erlebt haben. Da es sich über drei Tage nicht verändert hat muss das deren normales Verhalten sein und ist für die Kategorie Hotel absolut inakzeptabel. Sehr schade vor allem deshalb, weil die anderen Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und aufmerksam sind.

Wunderbarerer Blick aus Infinity-Pool und Restaurant-Terrasse auf den Pazifik und Sonnenuntergang.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig, die Aussicht auf das Meer fantastisch. Auch die Sicht vom Restaurant auf den Pazifik und den Sonnenuntergang waren einmalig. Das Essen war lecker und schön präsentiert, der Service freundlich und speditiv.

Cons:

Nichts.

Pros:

L'emplacement d' l'hôtel et la vue depuis les chambres ou les piscines, tout a été orienté pour profiter pleinement des lieux. Le personnel est aux petits soins et très à l'écoute. Sans doute notre meileurs logement au Costa Rica.

Cons:

Rien le séjour était excellent.

IMO, this little place is a gem and shouldn't be missed, if for no other reason, to meet Luis!
Pros:

The highlight of my staff was the staff. Luis, the manager, was the epitome of Pura Vida! He and his staff were so accommodating and understanding about my desire to change rooms. Found me a cabin that was perfect and assisted in my move.
I initially stayed in the Glamping Unit. It was very comfortable and the view was amazing. The issue that caused me to change rooms was that in order to use the air conditioning, the window coverings had to stay closed which meant no view at all. I know they are considering adding clear inserts in the pull down window coverings which would make this an amazing unit to stay in. My second unit was a beachfront cabin w/porch. Small, but perfect for my needs. The beach is amazing, as are the sunsets. Food was fresh, well prepared and delicious.

Fairytale.
Pros:

The location was the biggest surprise. Then the way it was built up and arranged. We are literally in the jungle with a direct view on the ocean. The room was spacious, clean, stunning balcony with a mind blowing view. If you wake up early enough, monkeys, iguanas, birds come around to eat by the window. At night, raccoons are out with the frogs!
The staff was extremely present and always here to help or manage your needs.
Special wink to Javier at the front reception who taught us so much about the local life and wildlife.

Cons:

Dinner finishes early. The snack menu is fantastic but they usually restrict the access starting from 5pm.

Absolute Paradise
Pros:

The most incredible room I have ever stayed in. I am not exaggerating. The view and the rainforest sounds. The people that work there are incredibly friendly and helpful. The nature reserve. The pool. The breakfast. It was seriously the best!

Die Lage und das Anwesen sind zauberhaft. Das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit.Aufjedenfalll ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen.

Cons:

Aufgrund des hohen Preises finde ich das Frühstückskonzept nicht so ideal. Das Frühstück schmeckt zwar sehr lecker aber ist sehr eingeschränkt, aufgrund der Tatsache, dass nur für ein Gericht von der Karte inkludiert ist. Es reicht zwar aus, aber die Auswahl begrenzt. Ein Cappuccino für 7$ finde ich preislich zu hoch.

Definitely the place to spoil yourself. Amazing food and view

We had a bad smell from the toilet . We complained and immediately they moved as to a new and better room no question asked

Stunning. Expensive but stunning.
Pros:

Wonderful location with wonderful view especially the sunset views.
A lot it birds and wildlife around property.
Some great walks though the nature reserve areas which you can do yourself seeing a lot of wildlife but must be reasonably fit for the steep climb back upp

Cons:

For a premium property like this, would really have expected TV in rooms.
The restaurant is very average in the food quality.

Worth the pools and the views!
Pros:

The views from many different areas of the hotel including restaurant, pools and rooms were AMAZING!
On one hand, the location for views and sunsets are worth it, but the rocky and hill road leading into property was very unpleasant especially after a drink and food down on the main town of Nosara.
The food was pretty good, the room size was wonderful and the views of the ocean and jungle. Lots of wonderful animals around the property too.

Cons:

Literally the road leading into the hotel up the hill was really the only thing I can fault.
