Bed sheets not clean

Viewing normal only, but still nice as the place is well maintained. Just dissatisfied because need to pay RM5 for one additional pillow. Room not very spacious, but best thing is toilet is clean.

Very impressed with the service. Awesome for a Budget-Stay. Aircond is fantastic. Wifi is even more so. One little problem...hot water is not consistent...overall...well...I would definitely return. Kudos, Merlin Team!!!

The location is close to the city, staff are helpful.

located on busy street, hard to walk to small shops nearby; room had a single small window located high on the wall that afforded no view at all - disappointing. WiFi was excellent in room or lobby.

Water tap was loose, water heater is not hot enough, sound proof was poor.

Everything was in good condition except the room don't has window but two small open window at the top. Friendly staffs, whenever i need guideline on where to eat and how to go about, they are very willing to help.

It started off badly when I received a text message on the morning of my arrival just hours before my check in time, asking me if I still want the room bcos there is no seaview!!! In spite of my advance booking, they gave me no choice and dished out a room with a window facing a wall!!!! What on earth were they thinking? Taking advantage of us at last minute. The room was so noisy both from the corridor and the rooms next door. I could easily deduce the digestive health of the occupants as I could hear all the sounds!!!!! Location in middle of nowhere with minimal amenities. Only saving grace was Azmi or Asim, the young guy who checked us in. He was kind and helpful and added some semblance of sanity. Otherwise it’s a waste of money for sure. Do not recommend this place at all. We checked out early to escape!

Good sleeping. No place to kids play aroud. no swimmingpool and far from beach. Need a car to the beach.

Nice hotel though no seaview. Good service & facilities.

Not a very satisfying stay. Room was surprisingly sparse, no cabinets, only two pillows and sheets had stains of fresh blood on them. The toilet was pretty small and the toilet bowl was positioned in such a way that anyone who was a 6 footer would have a lot of difficulties using it. Overall a very bad experience. Lesson learned, pay a little more for a better experience elsewhere.

Clean rooms, hot water in the showers , bit dark as there is no view from the window. Internet was fine and the receptionist helpful

値段なり。お部屋は窓もなく陰鬱な雰囲気。
ビーチもタウンも車がなければいけません。
一泊だけ…と思ってケチってしまいましたが、
ポートデイクソンに行くなら３倍の値段を出してもプール付きのリゾートホテルに泊まることをオススメします。
