Looks like the seating area is designed to be less comfortable for a few hours stay. Food is "ok" with somewhat limited variaty

The lounge side heck in is great, Steven is very good reception. The hotel side staff have bad attitude due to I didn't book the room for
Hotel web. The two ladys at hotel counter need have more trainings, thabks

Waste of money, you can get more comfortable chairs around the airport with wifi and power outlets for free.

Nobody was at the reception which is not okay when paying by the hour

Shower without towel, lounge sofa, chairs are uncomfortable,
Only food was good

Les fauteuils étaient très inconfortables. Le personnel désagréable dès que l'on s'allongeait. Des travaux dans l'espace détente. Les clients très bruyant à cause du bruit ambiant. Trop cher pour tout cela.

Simple and clean

The chairs are completely uncomfortable. The charging points are inconvenient and the food is awful.
You’re better off finding a seat in the airport itself. It’s a complete waste of money. Don’t bother.

It beats the hassle of rushing in the early transport booking and missing some items to bring along the way. The food and drinks are basic as it is late in the night, For those who prefer solid night sleep and rest, this option is not for them as you need to rest on a chair which is not OSIM compatible. To each his or her own,

Stayed here just for a few hours though, it was a good experience. The nap room was too cold though, I can understand someone prefer cooler temperature. The staff was great. Although I had a bit tricky request at that time, they could resolved it nicer, especially handing over my request internally perfectly.

Good place to rest

The staff were brilliant, however the sleeping area (Nap room) was very noisy these rooms are not complete rooms, partition walls which allows light and noise from other guests. Also it was extremely cold in the Nap Room areas.
what sleep I did get which was minimal the bet was comfortable. Food provided really needs to be upgraded.
The shower facilities was great. Will pay the extra in future to stay at a proper hotel within Changi Airport.

the walls do not go to the ceiling, so you can hear the person in the next room, so you have to be very quiet.
