When booking more than 5 rooms, a nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival.
Please note that use of the spa will incur an additional charge of GBP 10 per person per hour. Please contact the property in advance to arrange this. The use of the Spa is for those over 16 years of age.
All room rates, which include a breakfast, will be a continental breakfast.
Children aged below 16 years are not allowed to use the spa.
Children aged 16–18 years can only use the spa under adult supervision.
No parking available.
WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.
Pets are not allowed.
Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for £25 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Only bad thing I can say is that the bathroom was a bit tight and narrow
Was modern and room was clean so thats the best thing i could say really. and they had slippers and lots of accessories
We experienced several issues during our stay. There was no parking available and we ended up receiving two parking tickets. When we arrived at around 11 pm it was raining heavily and very cold. The staff would not open the gate until we showed proof of booking. Even after that they had to return to the desk to verify the reservation which meant we were left waiting outside in the cold and rain for around ten minutes.
The room we were given was very small and had no heating. The room was extremely cold and despite raising this we were not allowed to switch rooms. This made the stay uncomfortable. We were also informed that guests who book through Booking.com are charged ten pounds per person to use the pool whereas guests who book directly with the hotel can use it for free which felt unfair.
On a positive note the room itself was clean. However overall the lack of heating, poor arrival experience and additional unexpected charges made the stay disappointing.

Pillows were too big for the pillow cases and just got stuffed in… very uncomfortable
The temperature in the room and bathroom was tropical.. thankful for the fan in the wardrobe :)

Spa is tiny. Thecswimming pool is 4 metres long.
Too many steps. Lifts not working. Very poor Room Service menu.

Could have been cleaner. The shower curtain should be replaced or cleaned. Same with the soap/shampoo dispenser in the shower was not clean nor the hand held shower head (did not use it).
I liked the warm welcome and the privacy, although reception was always manned if we needed assistance
