Important information:

When booking more than 5 rooms, a nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival.

Please note that use of the spa will incur an additional charge of GBP 10 per person per hour. Please contact the property in advance to arrange this. The use of the Spa is for those over 16 years of age.

All room rates, which include a breakfast, will be a continental breakfast.

Children aged below 16 years are not allowed to use the spa.

Children aged 16–18 years can only use the spa under adult supervision.

Perfect
Pros:

Stayed before. Upgraded to a superior room. Had booked a spa package in spa. Perfect. Really central for everywhere. Spotlessly clean

Disappointing. Cleanliness is below minimum standard.
Pros:

The staff were helpful and tried their best to rectify the issues we had.

Cons:

The first room we were allocated had a sweage smell in the corridor and in the bathroom and the shower overflowed. We were then moved to a room that had a dirty toilet seat, the carpet was filthy. We ordered room service (a few drinks) and it took over 30 minutes, and we had to call to remind the team. The spa was not very clean either. I have reached out to the hotel following our visit, for an apology at least but have had no response. Very disappointing stay.

Querky and very pleasant staff
Pros:

Querky spa área. Liked steam room and jacuzzi. Swimming pool very small

Cons:

We were upgraded to the Corne room. It was rather crowded out by large bath in living room and very large chez lounge under the TV! However beautiful shower room and comfy bed.

Location and probably down to my lack of research. Next door is late night bar... 4am late and then clean up fo the bottles and street after so not a great nights sleep

Clean tidy comfry stay
Pros:

Was close to pubs and restaurants so we didn’t need to walk far

Cons:

The bathroom area was to small although it was nicely decorated, modern, the headroom getting out the shower was to low, Hit my head a number of times.

The sauna being closed would have been good to tell us before we booked.
I booked this night away for my girlfriends birthday again just would have been good to now.

Ok. Expected more. Not as good as other harbour hotels
Pros:

The location was excellent.

Cons:

It took over 30mins to get a hot drink st breakfast and then when served the cafetiere was only hot water; no coffee. The breakfast was 45mins, and then elements missing. The advertised 20% discount for parking didn't materialise. Their discount card didn't work.

Worth a trip

Almost perfect
Pros:

The spa is really nice I do wish you could just go down whenever you want, the location is amazing your a 5-10 minute walk away from pretty much everything in the centre

Cons:

One of the pillows was still dirty after being delayed going into our room as it wasn't ready, at night you can feel the bass from another event being held in the venue
