Pretty much all
Location was brilliant
Reception staff was amazing
It’s an old building so it’s a bit rundown.
Slightly annoying that there is a charge for the spa when it’s advertised as a spa hotel
Location was amazing and close to everything that you need. The team there were polite and lovely. Tge room i was in was lovely, but the sofa in there could do with a clean, curtains were coming off the rail. The bathroom was amazing with bath and shower.
The food was not very goof, i ordered poached eggs and they came hard boiled. Such a shame as the hotel was lovely.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. The day before, I received a courtesy phone call from the hotel telling me that on my day of arraival there was a half marathon taking place in Bristol which may lead to road closures until the afternoon - this was rally helpful and much appreciated as if we hadn't been told about this, it may have caused problems getting into Bristol.
Great hotel and location. Comfortable and great service
Location was good.
Not much space in room , cluttered, no air, didn use spa or pool due to availibity times which was main reason why went there , kept burning arm on towel rail as it so close to toilet and shower
Customer service was great
I didn’t see any negative
The location was perfect, and the breakfast was good
The access to our room, felt it was going the back way. And I wouldn't say the room was perfect condition in comparison the cost of it for one night.
This was honestly one of the best places I’ve stayed in a long time. The spa was perfect - great size and wasn’t over crowded. Can’t wait to come back.
Also in a great location surrounded by restaurants and bars.
Great location
Shame the smaller bar wasn’t open

It’s a beautiful building with comfortable rooms.
You have to pay for the spa.
The property was beautiful, in the centre of Bristol. Staff were attentive, and upgraded us to a deluxe room. The spa facilities were incredible!
My only faults was some dirty marks on the window netting and mould on the fireplace, but as reflected in my rating we found this extremely minor.
Stayed at The Harbour for two nights and loved it. It’s in a great spot in the old city, with loads of bars and restaurants nearby, and everything felt completely walkable — lively, but never busy or too loud. The hotel itself feels really unique (in the best way) and everything was absolutely spotless — genuinely one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. Our rooms were lovely too: comfortable, well finished, and a really nice space to come back to after exploring.
The spa is gorgeous, and I booked a deep tissue back massage with Martha who was fabulous — friendly, professional, and made the whole experience feel like a proper treat.
We also ate in the restaurant and it was fab — great lunch, lovely cocktails, and a brilliant breakfast before we checked out. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast options: excellent cooked items as well as a really good continental buffet.
All in all, it felt like a special little stay and I’d happily return — especially if you’re after somewhere stylish, relaxing, and impeccably kept.
The bed was incredibly comfortable.
The location is horrible. The noise outside was horrendous, all night hearing thinking music, loud people shouting, bottle bins being emptied, and then at 5am, the street cleaners came.
