Important information:

When booking more than 5 rooms, a nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival.

Please note that use of the spa will incur an additional charge of GBP 10 per person per hour. Please contact the property in advance to arrange this. The use of the Spa is for those over 16 years of age.

All room rates, which include a breakfast, will be a continental breakfast.

Children aged below 16 years are not allowed to use the spa.

Children aged 16–18 years can only use the spa under adult supervision.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

We enjoyed the Gold Bar
Friendly staff& helpful

Cons:

On booking the rooms we requested 2 single beds in each room but on arrival the rooms had double beds
Safe was out of our reach!

Good central location but too noisey and not great value for money
Pros:

Always stay in Harbour Hotels as they are good quality and this was very clean and tidy

Cons:

Didn’t sleep as the noise from outside was so loud in the evening and also the shutter blinds in the room let so much light in.
Also on top of paying for our room over £230 for one night we also had to pay an additional £10 each to use the pool facilities which we only used for 30 mins as it was underground and very claustrophobic and hot

Was waiting to check in for over half an hour. Was waiting to order food, stood in a queue for over half an hour hour, food was terrible.

Great central location, disappointing for price paid
Pros:

Lovely room, bed comfortable, bathroom big.
Good location for nightlife

Cons:

The parking was a 10 minute walk away nearest,
The bed was big although it came to light it was two smaller beds pushed together. The pool area had to pay extra for, and although nice the changing rooms where being decorated while people using facilities.
