Essen war sehr einseitig und teilweise nicht gut. Kein Ausgang Richtung Meer, nur über Lobby was ein ziemlicher Umweg ist.

Pros:

La chambre vue mer est très spacieuse avec une bonne literie et une salle de bain fonctionnelle disposant d'une douche et d'une baignoire.
Le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont très bien.

Cons:

Les chambres sont nettoyées tardivement.
Pas assez d'ascenseur et ils sont très lent.
Pas assez de table de 5 personnes disponibles.

Cons:

Las fotos son engañosas porque utilizan algunas del Hotel 5 estrellas con lo cual al llegar te desanimas un poco .. el café del buffet es basura por el precio que cobran ya pueden mejorar tema bebidas

Fazit, ein schönes Hotel, aber mit deutlichen (Pool-)Einschränkungen beim Spassfaktor für Kinder!
Cons:

Kurze Erklärung zur Gesamtbewertung. Wir sind als Familie gereist, dementsprechend war es für uns wichtig, wie wohl sich mein Sohn fühlt. Im Pool war das Spielen mit dem Ball nicht erlaubt, was meiner Meinung nach ein absolutes No-Go für ein Familienhotel ist! Zudem waren Tauchen und Reinspringen ebenfalls verboten. Insgesamt stehen bei der Poolanlage 3 grosse Pools zur Verfügung, meiner Meinung nach sollte mindestens in einem Pool das Ballspielen erlaubt sein. Mehrmals täglich versuchten Gäste mit Kindern ihr Glück, aber schon nach kürzester Zeit wurde man durch die Bademeister in die Schranken gewiesen. Sogar die Bademeister selbst verstanden die Gäste, sie müssen aber zwingend die Regeln der Geschäftsleitung umsetzen, und die verbieten demnach sämtlichen Spass im Pool. Eine weitere Idee wäre es vor dem Abendprogramm für die Erwachsenen z.B. noch eine kleine Kinderdisco zu organisieren. Im Zeitalter von Spotify etc. wäre das ein Klacks, welcher aber eine grosse positive Wirkung bei den Kids hätte.

Amazing hotel and great location
Pros:

Amazing hotel with super nice rooms, beach towels (free of charge), delicious breakfast buffet.
Even it's close to the Ballermann party area it's quiet and a nice place to relax.
There are also yoga classes and evening shows at the hotel and there is a sister hotel right next to it (Hipotels Playa de Palma Palace) that has a beautiful rooftop bar where you can enjoy great cocktails.

Cons:

The water temperature in the shower kept changing back and forth from hot to cold within seconds.
The bathroom has a sliding door that's quite heavy and hard to close/open.

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig und der Pool ein Traum! Perfekt für uns war, dass das Hotel direkt gegenüber vom Megapark ist, in der Anlage selbst hat man jedoch keine Musik mehr gehört.

Schöne Anlage, aber Service mit Luft nach oben

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, die gesamte Anlage sehr gepflegt und ansprechend gestaltet. Auch die Sauberkeit und die Einrichtung haben uns durchweg überzeugt.

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiter wirkten teilweise wenig motiviert. Besonders unangenehm war eine Situation beim Frühstück: Ein Teil des Restaurants war abgesperrt, im übrigen Bereich gab es jedoch keinen ausreichenden Platz für uns (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder). Als wir uns deshalb in den abgesperrten Bereich setzten, forderte uns eine Mitarbeiterin sehr energisch auf, den Platz zu verlassen – ohne uns eine Alternative anzubieten. Ein freundliches „Hier bitte nicht, ich finde einen anderen Platz für Sie” hätte denselben Zweck erfüllt und einen deutlich besseren Eindruck hinterlassen.

Die balinesischen Betten im Poolbereich kosten 50 € pro Tag, was ich für überzogen halte – während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts wurden sie offenbar von niemandem gebucht und standen leer.

Am Abreisetag habe ich über Booking nach einer optionalen Verlängerung des Zimmers um eine Stunde gefragt. Eine Antwort habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten.
