Wij verbleven 1 nacht, gezin van 3, 1 kind 9 jaar, een extra bed werd bijgezet in de kamer.
Ontbijt typisch Indonesisch minder ons ding.
Very friendly staff. They do everything to make your stay enjoyable.

Very clean non-smoking bright room, hot water availability in the bathroom, self controlled a/c, excellent buffet breakfast & lunch, excellent location near train station & eateries and above all very friendly staffs: Faldy (F&B Manager) , Ulli (Front office manager), Icha (F&B Staff), Robby (F&B staff). No more words to say... I will stay here again.

Good location, there is blue bird taxy, close to coffee shop.
We can smell unpleasent scent in the 8th floor alleyway. Please improve the breakfast menu and taste
(Compare to my previous visit).
The Hotel was clean , and they have an excellent spread of breakfast , It was a really nice indulgence to have a wide variety for break fast .They had live music and atmosphere was very lively . Staff was courteous and helpful when needed
1- They dont have a Gym . What I saw was a treadmill that was not working . Considering the location of this hotel , does not have any walking path ways , or a public parks for morning walk , absence of a functional Gym was a big disappointment
2- They dont have a smart TV . They only had a local cable TV that beamed local TV channels that was not of any use to us , being international Business travels .
I hope the hotel management wakes up to this lacunae . If these 2 issues are addressed , I will give them 90% marks from my stay .
