Pros:

I booked a nights stay with my family. Upon arrival front desk insisted they are not active on hotels. Com and made me a new reservation with a much higher rate. I showed them my reservation but service was terrible. I had driven almost an hour to get to this place mind you. I found another hotel hill view hotel in McCarthy hills that was a much better experience
