Lugar perfecto para descanso, cerca de una de las mejores playas. Han de cuidar no tener fallos, vamos a este hotel hace

Trato del personal

Cons:

Falta de personal en el restaurante terraza, las 2 chicas estaban superadas, normalmente hay 4 personas, faltaban bebidas frías , al parecer por una avería en la cámara frigorífica.

hotel tranquilo para descansar y con una oferta gastronomica de su restaurante muy buena, la azotea chill-out todo un descubrimiento.

Pros:

el personal es lo mejor del hotel, la verdad es que todos se han portado genial, desde la recepcion hasta las camareras, todos

me ha faltado en el desayuno unos huevos y bacon por ejemplo, por lo demas es aceptable el desayuno, el cafe descafeinado tendria que ser de molinillo y no de capsula metido en el porta de la cafetera por ejemplo

The room was nice, nothing special tho. Our towels were changed everyday. The bar/ restaurant on top is very nice and also the breakfast is good

Cons:

You could not open the window properly, only to tilt. Also be careful, many years ago there was a natural disaster, because for years the mining industry was putting all their wastewater into the sea and it polluted the Portman bay area, that is why the sand is black. We researched and it said the sand is still highly toxic. But make the judgement for yourself and look it up yourself. That's nothing the Hotel is responsible for, but just so you know!

Pros:

El alojamiento en general todo muy bien, calidad/precio excepcional, el desayuno de bufete libre y buena cantidad.
Las camas cómodas y todo muy limpio, y la ubicación pues está a 15 minutos de Cabo de Palos y 20 de la manga pero tiene dos playas justo al lado así que muy bien, además cuenta con sitio para aparcar.

Cons:

Pues por crítica constructiva, cuando en un hotel se deja el cartel de "no molestar" en la habitación pues no es para que entren y hagan las camas y la habitación ya que igual pones eso porque tienes cosas de valor o simplemente para dos noches te da igual que te cambien las sábanas.

Amazing value for money
Pros:

Clean, very good size, it had complementary water, it was accessible with ramps and lifts and the breakfast was yummy. Also, the staff was lovely. An amazing value for money. I would definitely go back.
