Pros:

冷蔵庫のコンセントが抜かれており（節電のため？）、中のコーラが熱で膨張して破裂していた。電気ポットはあったが、コーヒーカップがない。ヘアードライヤーはもちろんない。シャワーのお湯がでない、などなど。
ロケーションも、近くにコンビニ、スーパーなどがなく、不便。
ホテル内にレストランもカフェもなく、ビールも売っていない。子供たちがホテル内で遊んでいたから、どちらかといえば民宿に近いかも。

Nothing you expect in a hotel !!!
Pros:

We only were at this 'hotel' for one night (thank god) - it was supposed to be a relaxing night close to the airport for an early flight the next morning - the reception was not particularly helpful - there was NO hot water either on arrival or the next morning - the bed was like sleeping on a plank, but not any plank - one wrapped in plastic!!! and then the crowning glory would have to have been the 2 minutes of church bells at 4:30 am - which then set off the local roosters so any chance of getting back to sleep was gone. Add to this the fact that breakfast at this hotel was 3 times the cost of any other hotel we stayed in during our stay in Vietnam (we declined the breakfast and got some fantastic fresh bread rolls at the bakery across the main road from the hotel). Overall very disappointed and would not recommend.
