Not for fussy occupant. Mostly everything you need is within close proximity.

Room is clean, service is good and great location
Pros:

It is near to Giant supermarket. Coffee shops, Chinese, Mamak, Nasi Padang, Pastry and International food is abundance around the hotel.
Shopping mails is just a short walk across the road.
The housekeeping changes the bed sheet, bed pillow cases and towel in daily basis.
I had stayed in most of the hotels around this area and I rated 9 square hotel to FE one of the better hotel that I had stayed so far.
Hotel front staffs are all very helpful and always service with a smile especially Ms. Ida

Pros:

Budget hotel. Stay 1 night for my business meeting to avoid traffic.
No hand soap, hand tissues provided.

Good hotel with lots of ammendities..
Pros:

Hotel is near to Giant supermarket and lots of coffeshops with good food.
There are at least 3 nasi kandar restaurants opposite the hotel with walking distance.
There are also 2 laundry shops to wash your dirty clothing with cheap n affordable price.
Ms. Ida at the reception is super helpful and not forgetting the males staff too.
Overall, will stay again if in PJ.

After booking the hotel basically said all rooms were full. Didnt even give a refund. Most of all it felt brothelly like they had a lookout person and ppl went in and out

Acceptable rooms and good location.
Pros:

Acceptable stay for a budget hotel. Good location with good eats and amenities in the area.

Only complaint is that rooms are not sound proof. So pray you dont get noisy neighbours.

Friendly , clean n nice hotel
Pros:

Ms. Ida at the front office was very friendly n always service with a Smile. In fact, all the staffs was very friendly and efficient during my stay. Enjoy my stay and will be back soon.

Pros:

I was stayed for 1 night at room 309. My point of views are:

1.Room
- not soundproof
- can clearly hear the sound of children crying in the next room and sound of a door is opened or closed

2.Mattress
- quite dusty and body seemed irritated when sleeping in bed

3.Air Conditioning
- switch temperature suddenly
- make a noise at certain time
- produce ice and make noise when it drop to the floor.

4. Staff
- Good and very polite.
- fast respond

5. Toilet
- Just ok

Overall, i can rate this hotel as average and will think twice to book for the next time.
