Pros:

Je suis arrivée. Aucune réception. Aucun personnel. Réception fermée. J'ai trouvé une clé par hasard sur une porte et j'ai pu m'y mettre avec mes enfants. Inutile de dire que j'ai eu zéro WiFi zéro accès à de l'eau, ni chaude ni froide. J'avais payé pour avoir aces à une salle de bain dans la chambre ce ne fut pas le cas. Le lit était déjà utilisé draps pas changé. Pas d'eau au toilette toilette du coup sale. Je demande un remboursement intégral. C'est inadmissible j'ai même du ouvrir à des voyageur au milieu de la nuit et leur expliquer la situation. Pas de petit déjeuner non plus. Bref une catastrophe

Pros:

This place has to be the worst we have stayed in. Price too high, room cold and moulds walls, dirty bathroom flooding the whole room. Would definitely not come back.

Pros:

世界中色んなところに宿泊してきたが、過去最低なホテル。
ホテルに着いたが従業員はいない。鍵は閉まってる。
運良く現れたかと思えば、予約していなかった人を先に案内し、予約していた私は後回しにされました。
そして、先にいた人が案内された部屋を断り、その部屋に案内されました。
部屋は汚く、虫の死骸が床に落ちていたり、朝気がついたのですが、もう１つの使わなかった枕の下には蜂の死骸もありました。
そして、朝散歩に行って帰ってくると、その死骸は無くなっていました。誰か私の部屋に入ったのでしょうか？？
なぜ死骸が無くなるのでしょうか？
トイレには何にも無いです。紙も無いです
ホットシャワーが出ると書いてありましたが、いつまでも水のままです。
ブロモに登り、下山して寒さの中水でシャワーわ浴びる気になりません。
とにかく皆さんにはここに泊まることはおすすめしません。
きっと系列の宿もあるはずですが、そちらも同じだと思います。気を付けてください。
私は約￥4000を返してほしいくらいです。

Overpriced room with rude staff and missing basics
Pros:

Staff made me feel scammed rather than welcomed. Bathroom lacks basics (basin, toilet paper, mirrow). Room is moderately clean (but it has a strong dumpness smell).

Just a big NO! Worst stay ever
Pros:

Just a big NO. We stayed one night, 3 hours to be precise and it was really bad. We didn't get the room we booked. The one boy working there didn't even know we're coming. Bathroom with no paper and no sink. The room was really cold as well. Bugs and insects all over the hostel, so disgusting.

I would NOT recommend this hostel. I wish we would have stayed at a home stay instead.
