ตลอดระยะเวลาที่เข้าพักคือรู้สึกประทับใจตั้งแต่แรกเข้าเรยพนักงานตอนรับอย่างเป็นกันเองรวมทั้งแนะนำสถานที่เที่ยว ร้านอาหารแม้กระทั้งรถของลูกค้ามีปัญหาก็สามารถติดต่อร้านซ่อมให้สุดยอดของการบริการจิงๆภายในห้องพักสะอาด ทุกอย่างจัดวางอย่างเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย ห้องกว้างขวาง แม่บ้านทำความสะอาดละเอียดในการทำมากๆ

If the curtains can be black or wood color, it'will better to sleep. Cleaning mother is attentive and nice. Every thing is good, second time to stay here, I like here big and and cook.

The room is basically an apartment, very neat. There's a fitness studio as well.

일단 숙소에 도착하였지만 잠긴 현관문에 당황했다. 낮시간임에도 불구하고 말이다.
안내된 번호로 연락을 해보니 5분만에 여자 직원이 왔다.
그녀는 굉장히 불친절하며, 내내 인상을 쓰고있었다.
하지만 또다른 시간대의 남자직원은 굉장히 친절하였다.
일반적인 호텔이 아니라 장기 거주자를 위한 렌트의 아파트였다.
일반적인 룸서비스를 기대하면 안된다.
방은 굉장히 넓었으나. 이상한 악취로 당장 나가고 싶은 생각이 내내들었다.
그리고 음료수를 마시다 놓으면 수십마리의 개미들이 모여든다.
쇼파는 낡은 레자재질이며, 모든 가구와 시설들은 조잡하고 냄새가 심하게 났다.
단 티비는 최신형이었다.
창문을 열면 길가라 괴장한 소음과 전봇대의 전깃줄만 보였다.
냄새가 너무심해 창문을 열라고해도 도시의 매연인지 정화조의 냄새가 올라오는지는 모르겠지만
확실한건 내인생 최악의 호텔이었다.

Perfect little apartment in a really good location. The bonus was the gym on the 1st floor. Would recommmed this hotel.

Can not fault this place... really nice big rooms, have everything you need, kitchen, lounge area, WiFi router, big tv with international channels, great location.

Awesome serviced apartments. Really big room that has everything you need. I booked for 3 nights, but have ended up staying for 8 nights. Really enjoy it here and will be back.

Relatively quiet for the area it is in. Nice, large space with good wi-fi, a safe, some English TV channels, fridge, hot pot, kitchen area. Primarily set up for monthly rentals so no silverware, cooking pots, etc. No problem if you're eating out or doing take-out. Bathroom and small kitchen face out and have windows but not the room itself. A 7-11 AND a Family Mart just outside. Good transport and shopping steps away. Do NOT check in or check out on Sundays when no one is on desk duty. A 500 baht key-deposit collected upon check in. I would stay there again.

Check in was very slow, lady kept trying to set us up for a 1 month stay even though we had booking for 6 days, had to call her boss to get things straight. There is no elevator and we were on the 5th floor. Maid service was poor, they never mopped the floors, you walk into bathroom and leave black footprints on the wet floor, they did not leave soap or shampoo even when I asked for it. They did not have anyone on duty on Sunday...no front desk, no maid and no security. Have no idea what you would do if your check in day was a Sunday. They had small window in bathroom that was open all the time with no screen. They had small kitchen with window that was up high and did not have a screen and no black out drapes so light came in all night. This was the only window you could see out of so the room was like a cave. There was an electric hotplate but no pots or pans. They did have a microwave and 2 plates and 2 bowls and a good size refrigerator. You could hear all the traffic noise from South Pattaya Road since this place is located on this road and it is very busy night and day.

If you're confident about what you're doing, recommended.
This is a residence on your own.
I my wifi was dead, thanks to my data SIM card, I didn't need any help from the staff.
Oh yes, there WAS no staff after dark, except a lazy security guy who were so neglected to tell me that the door is card-operated.
Also there was just 1 towel so I needed an extra, but no one was there to support that.
So if you're confident about this area, I guess you can stay.
One last thing, this building is 5 or more floor and there is only tons of stairs. haha

Grosses Zimmer hat noch Fitness Zimmer im 1 Stock. Würde ich jedem weiterempfehlen.

로비가 어수선하고 저렴해 보였어요.
객실은 예상외로 깨끗했는데 냄비 종류와 후라이팬 종류가 아예 없어서 끓여 먹을수 없어서
전자레인지와 커피 포트만 이용했어요..
기분 언짢았던건 카운터 여직원의 무표정한 표정으로 일관되는 불친절로 짜증이 많이 난것 빼곤 그럭 저럭~~가격 만큼한것 같아요..
여직원이 평점을 다 깍아 먹고 있어요..

The hotel was closed when I arrived and the emergency number was not answered. The security man on duty outside the locked door was completely useless and abusive.
I want my money refunding as I had to find alternative accomodation.

This the third time in 2 years, I have stayed at this hotel. For so many reasons, it is now my first choice for a hotel in Pattaya. It's location, on South Pattaya road, is close to The Soi Bua Khao market, grocery stores, and coffee shops. The rest of the city is close enough to walk to, or just a short ride away on a tuk-tuk. Best of all, it is away from all the bum thumping late-night music and bar noise of so many other "centrally located" hotels. The rooms are clean, well taken care of and the staff is very friendly and helpful, although their command of English is a bit limited. The beds are also a bit hard but I'm willing to not let that bother me. There is also a security lock on the front door that limits access to guests only. I am so pleased with this hotel it is unlikely I would waste my time looking for any place else.

Excellent apartment with full kitchen facilities and gym. Located a bit far from walking street, but restaurants, bars and good shopping near by.

Hotel close to walking street and indian resturant but little far from beach people do not speak much english little difficult to communicate while doing purchase always do bargain.
