Pros:

Check in & check out was smooth.

Cons:

The most hated thing is the head of the pipe was located down at the bottom tiles,which makes it difficult to open when using the hose. The bed sheet is not that clean that u can still see the stains from the previous use.

Overall picture, the room looked clean but dust lurking right underneath the bed.
Pros:

The location of this Bzz Hotel Skudai was strategic in a way I didn't have to drive far away to run my errands. Anyway, there wasn't any 99-Speedmart store nearby this hotel, but KK-Mart was situated just the opposite site of the road to the hotel.

Cons:

The room cleanliness was highlighted as good as seen in the past customer reviews. However, the corner of the coffee table next to the bed was dusty and I used my hands to try wiping off the dust from the small coffee table next to the bed and it was evident that the floor right underneath the small coffee table wasn't swept well, ie.very dusty. Also, when turning on the room's air conditioning system, it actually made "huhu-huhu" noise which I strongly believe it came right out from the air conditioning unit. I saw the blower of the air conditioning system was very dusty and needed to be serviced and cleaned in order to maintain the air conditioning unit.

Go for quad family room instead of triple room
Pros:

We came back to this hotel again because of the location and spaciousness.

Cons:

We didn't realize that the mattresses were on the floor in this triple room (Room 306), different from our earlier stay in the quad family room. The bathroom was a step down, which was a tripping hazard - I forgot about it and almost fell. We wanted to upgrade to a quad family room which unfortunately was not available.

Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable, the price was reasonable, and the staff were very kind and helpful. I had a pleasant experience and would highly recommend this place.
