Heerlijk bed, en de kamer is groot genoeg. Vriendelijk personeel, en lekker ontbijt.
Dikke kitranden in de douche
Lokasi dekat dengan salah satu Rumah Sakit, di jalur perbukitan, tapi dekat dengan pusat kota. mudah dicari lokasinya, ada mini market depan hotel, tenang untuk istirahat tempatnya. parkiran hotel agak kecil hanya muat 8-12 mobil di basement, sisanya di teras luar hotel.
barangkali jika memang kondisi kamar kosong, tamu bisa dipersilahkan masuk 1-2 jam lebih awal, menjadi poin plus untuk hotel. kecuali jika sedang kondisi penuh wajib check in sesuai jadwal. over all oke

De kamer en badkamer zijn ruim, het zwembad is prima en rustig toen wij er waren. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk.
De eerste avond hebben we in het restaurant boven gegeten. Dat was niet lekker.

Never stayed in any other place that doesn’t care about guests more than this one. They had a private party (full on DJ party) from 9 PM all the way to 2AM, the sound was so loud it was impossible to sleep. No, they did not have any of this informed at check in, not even the morning of the party. They only apologized but the music remained like the party is in the SUITE we stayed in, didn’t even turn it down a notch. We had to wake up at 5 AM most days because my daughter was in a tournament and the lack of sleep didn’t help at all.
We asked to be moved somewhere else to sleep but they didn’t help at all.
