Estaba muy limpio, la habitación ion super bien y la atención del personal muy amable.

Cons:

Estaban trabajando en remodelacion y había polvo por todos lados y el letrero de la entrada esta super oxidado.

No está mal el hotel sin embargo no dan servicio de hotel, no tienen restaurant, ni nada de servicios. No la pasamos mal y los cuartos están muy bien y todo está limpio, solo es ir preparados para salir a comer o llevar algo para comer ahí más algo de tomar porque no hay ni agua.

Escogimos una habitación para mascotas dado que mi novio sufre discapacidad visual, y tenemos un perro de compañía, me tardaron en hacer el registro aproximadamente 20 minutos. Adicional las instalaciones empezando por la entrada son feas, el baño de la habitación está sucia, el piso ni se diga! No descansamos las camas son duras y las almohadas viejas, CERO DESCANSO.
Costo excesivo y mucho que desear.

La propiedad se veía sucia, sin limpieza en pasillos, áreas comunes, áreas verdes, albercas y habitaciones.
Además que no tenían wifi
No había servicio de comedor para desayunar o cenar.
El servicio de transporte es escaso y no hay servicio de comida a domicilio al hotel.
Las camas tenían polvo y arañitas
Las toallas olían a humedad
Las terrazas de las habitación estaban sin barrer y con muchas hojas.

No había servicio de restaurante, las albercas estaban muy sucias y el agua demasiado fría, los colchones y almohadas muy duros, no agarro la señal de wifi y el servicio muy malo, nadie te trataba con amabilidad, ni una sonrisa te daban, en gral mala experiencia.
