Was stuck in the elevator with my baby. The elevator stopped working a lot. They asked me two days before checkout if I was ready to check out. Had to pay extra which was not on Expedia for cap and swim trunks for pool. Had to use theirs or could not use the pool. My baby also fell and busted his lip open deeply needed stitches due to them mopping the room with soap. And seen him fall and did not offer to help not even ice or anything. Will not be coming back

This is a well maintained and clean place. It is not a new building, but the management is doing a wonderful job in the maintenance of the place. It is budget friendly and the staff are courteous.

Poor customer service from the hotel and an even more terrible customer service from hotel.com who failed to deliver what was advertised and fully paid for. Shameful and shambles customer treatment
The property needs overhaul
No aircondition service all hours of day and night. The hotel is mostly on generators as such cannot provide elevator service such times. No room service for breakfast. Kitchen will not service room request. Kitchen won’t provide spoon to eat unless you pay for food. Kitchen will not give hot water tea. Breakfast sucks.

Facilities are dated, whole building needs new paint, the toilet seat in my room wobbles. All in all the character of staff were quite nice apart from the restaurant staffs that refused to give me glass cups to drink water with.

The hotel staffs are friendly and professional in all aspects from the night team to day team. Lekan, Hajara, Precious and to Femi. They are wonderful people who show true hospitality in the form of empathy and great guest services.
The restaurant staff are also very good and i found real honey on the table for breakfast. It is a hotel that provides locally made food like pap and akara, yam and beans, bread and omelette so dont expect a croissant or french cheese. It is purely Nigerian promotion in content and orientation.
The housekeeping staffs are highly dedicated, respectful from Alexandra to Ebuka. They think outside the box and go out of their way to provide extra services like disinfecting the room regularly during my stay. Ebuka was great.
