Ótima hospedagem, com equipe muito atenciosa e quarto muito confortável.

Equipe extremamente atenciosa. Café da manhã muito bom. Localização central. Quarto amplo, com uma ótima varanda.

Очень грубый персонал.
На завтраке в 10:00 у кофемашины стояла девушка, не успела до 10:00 кофе налить себе, официант выхватила кружку и пошла делать ей платный.
Мы с мужем в 10:15 сидели пили кофе и завтракали. Официант демонстративно все убирала со стола: «Мне нужны столы для ланча!»

Так же фен в номер попросила: отматерили меня))
На ресепшн отворачиваются, не здороваются.
Сервиса нет прям.

Perfect Lucerne Hotel
Pros:

I loved everything about this bouquet hotel, cute, comfortable, well located and easy walk to bahnhof. Bed, pillows and linens were so comfortable!!! My room was spacious and well appointed. Staff was amazing as well as delicious breakfast(eggs not wet and bacon cooked properly)

Nothing to complain about at all!!!
