Really great hotel and enjoyed our stay. Was clean and so chic!
Pros:

Breakfast was good - plenty of options. The room and bed were comfortable. Spacious bathroom. Great vibe. Loved the decor. Photo Booth was fun.

Cons:

Not a lot of space for clothing. The shower was large but the water puddled outside the shower. The room could have had air conditioning.

Pros:

Petit-déjeuner bon, varié. Personnel souriant et agréable
L’agencement de la chambre, sobre, beau, moderne.
Bonne isolation phonique.

Cons:

Je suis très déçue que PERSONNE ne comprenne ni ne parle le FRANÇAIS, ni à la réception, ni au restaurant .
Le français est une langue nationale....
Donc en Suisse romande et en France, mes amis n’auront pas un bon écho de mon séjour alors que l’hôtel mérite une bonne mention.

Good…but expensive.
Pros:

The location was good and they were able to suggest parking which I secured directly across the street. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The room was small amd I asked if I could get a larger room…I was able to secure a corner room which was larger for another 200 CF. I believe I had already paid around 350 CF , per night for the smaller room. The parking pass was approx. 20 CF per night . I believe these two nights in Lucerne cost us nearly $1300 U.S. dollars for two nights. It was hot in mid August with no air conditioner.

Excellent Location and Stylish Design, but Limited Services for the Price
Pros:

The hotel has an excellent location, making it convenient for exploring the city. We also appreciated the distinctive and stylish interior design, which gives the hotel a unique character. The staff were friendly.
The breakfast was delicious and was one of the highlights of our stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the level of service was quite limited, and the room was below our expectations, especially considering the price we paid.
Another disappointing aspect was that the room did not have a proper window. Instead, there was a door that could be opened, but doing so felt extremely unsafe because there was no proper platform, base, or safe landing beneath it. This made it difficult to ventilate the room and raised a significant safety concern.

Leider sehr laut, da an zentralem Platz gelegen. Geöffnete Fenster eigentlich nicht möglich

Book elsewhere, there are lots of options!
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

No air conditioning, only provided a fan, the room felt like a hot box. Breakfast was not good at all. I would recommend not paying for it. When housekeeping came to clean our room, they didn’t provide fresh towels, they only folded the old ones, they didn’t take out the very full trash. It seemed like they did mop but didn’t pick up the residue because there was hair stuck on the floor.

Tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage, Zimmer könnten größer sein
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind überschaubar groß, aber die Lage des Hotels ist Spitze. Ansonsten ist das Personal freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ausserdem gibt es Preis reduzierte Parkplätze direkt am Haus

Cons:

Frühstück offiziell bis 10:00, aber wenn man um 9:45 kommt, wird man schon schräg angeschaut.

Sehr gut und empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral somit ist die Innenstadt zu Fuß überall gut erreichbar; die Fenster im Zimmer zur Hauptstrasse sind lärmgedämmt, daher ist war Zimmer absolut ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Die wichtigen Bushaltestellen liegen sehr nah. Parken am oder in nächster Nähe des Hotels war jederzeit möglich.

Cons:

Durch die zentrale Lage ist ein erhöhtes Verkehrsaufkommen vorhanden. Die kleine Gastronomie im Außenbereich liegt an der doch recht stark befahrenen Hauptstraße.
