Pros:

佐世保の港を見下ろせる素晴らしいロケーションでした。朝食も素晴らしく、各種の鯵料理や出汁のよく効いた五島うどんなど地場の料理がとてもよかったです。私の基準からするとちょっと高価なホテルですが、Booking.comで初めて10点をつけました。スタッフの感じもよく、次回また寄りたいと思いました。

Cons:

あえて言えば、新聞の品揃えでしょう。日経は別として左派系の新聞だけというのはいただけなかったですね。経営者のポリシーでしょうか？

最高の体験でした。可能であるならまた泊まりたいです。
Pros:

ロビーやレストラン、部屋からの景色が最高でした。網戸も付いているので、窓を開けて外の空気も感じられました。宿泊プランを調整をお願いしたところスタッフの方に快く対応いただきました。朝食と夕食をとりましたが大変、美味しかったです。

A lovely hotel but an unpleasant dinner

The location, facilities and staff were excellent

Cons:

We went to eat at 8 pm and the first staff member was unwelcoming as if were had come too late. The only choice (buffet) was very expensive and some of the choices were empty or tired

Een heerlijk verblijf op een prachtige locatie!
Pros:

De locatie was overweldigend, wat een uitzicht over de baai en stad!
Het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ruime driepersoons kamers waren confortabel met drie grote bedden naast elkaar met mooi uitzicht. En dat allemaal voor een heel vriendelijke prijs.
De spa is op zijn Japans (ons), dus daar moet je wel rekening mee houden. De gratis busshuttle naar en van de stad was ideaal.Er zijn ook twee restaurants en een leuk winkeltje.

Cons:

Het was inclusief ontbijt, maar dat vonden we een beetje magertjes, het apart te betalen buffet diner ook.
Booking.com moet beter informeren over de "wellness". Het is verplicht naakt, met een tattoo ben je niet welkom. Verwacht dus niet een lekker zwembadje met sauna, dit werkt anders.

とても良かった。また利用したい。
Pros:

こじんまりとしているけれどとてもリゾート感があり眺望が良く、景色を眺めながらのランチ、朝食バイキングはどちらも美味しく癒されました。
大浴場も広くて綺麗でした。
ホテルから徒歩で弓張の丘展望台に行けて、ここからの眺めもとても良かったです。スタッフさんが皆さん優しくて良かったです。

Cons:

ホテルまでの道が幅が狭いところもあり夜通るのは少し大変でした。でもそこをクリアするとステキなホテルに辿り着きました。
