Bien para pasar una noche
Pros:

No hay muchas opciones en Kendari, este se supone que era uno de los mejores. Está bien para pasar una noche, la habitación estaba limpia y tenía todo lo necesario.

Cons:

El personal que nos atendió no habla inglés. Eso no sería un problema si supiese hacer comunicarse a través de cualquier otra forma, por ejemplo Google Translator o similar, pero es que ni siquiera eso. El check in fue tedioso debido a esto. Deberían o bien poner a alguien que sepa inglés o al menos enseñarles a comunicarse usando la tecnología. No fueron capaces además de hacer funcionar el datáfono para poder pagar con tarjeta, nos tocó pagar en efectivo.

You can walk for approx 20-25 min to a nice shopping mall. Clean, nice, calm, comfortable and express laundry.

Pros:

Quality of lodging. Bathroom was good. Generally clean and good quality. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Staff were polite but didn't understand English very well. Bars were prohibitively expensive. TV channels didn't work very well.

Tough to Beat for Value
Pros:

All was great, should be listed a a 5 Star Hotel. Unbelievable breakfast buffet. Free limited shuttle to and from the airport (25 kms away) My only complaint is occasional noise in the corridor and from other rooms---not a big problem, but an odd annoyance.

Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel ! Lovely rooms, charming pool, nightly music, superb buffet breakfast. The only small issue is the noise can on occasion penetrate the wall. The staff was marvellous.
