הגענו ללילה בחדר משפחה
התמונות באתר לא תאמו את המציאות כלל
חדר עם נוף לגינה שהובטח התברר כחלון מלוכלך מאוד לחניה .
החדר היה מלוכלך עם שאריות של ציפורניים כן כן , של האורחים הקודמים.
לא לא היו מגבות או שטיח אמבטיה שהגענו לחדר שלא נדבר על מגבות ידיים שמעולם לא הגיעו .
מלון עם המון חלקים מוזנחים בריכה עם מיטות מלוכלכות .
בנוסף עד עצם היום הזה המנהלת לא טרחה להתקשר או לטפל בתלונות שלנו.
שילמנו עוד 30% מהמחיר שצויין בימים מגבילים
לווייה מאוד מאוד לא נעימה
והשירות פשוט לא קיים.
