Pros:

זו פעם שנייה שאנחנו מתארחים שם, היינו גם לפני שנתיים, המיקום מצוין והיחידות עצמן מרווחות ונעימות, יש פטיפון בכל חדר ואפשר לקחת תקליטים.

Cons:

לצערנו הפעם התאכזבנו מאוד מתחזוקת המקום והניקיון שלו, הגענו לחדר בשעה מאוחרת אחרי ארוחת ערב וגילינו המון עובש מאחורי וליד המיטה, החדר היה לא מאוד נקי בדגש על חדר הרחצה, אין קבלה במתחם (לפני שנתיים היה במהלך היום) ולא ענו לנו בטלפון למרות שאמור להיות זמין 24/7, לכן נאלצנו לישון עם העובש בחדר וחזרו אלינו רק למחרת בבוקר. החליפו לנו חדר אבל היינו צריכים לחכות שיהיה נקי ואז במקום להתחיל את היום היינו צריכים לחכות במתחם, גם החדר החדש שקיבלנו לא היה הכי נקי אבל לא היה עובש.
היו עוד תקלות כמו ידית דלת כניסה שהתפרקה כל הזמן, פשוט מרגיש שהתחזוקה ירדה.
התקליטים שניתן לקחת לחדרים מסודרים במסדרון, בפעם שעברה היו מסודרים יפה ובצורה נעימה ונגישה, הפעם הכל היה בלאגן, כולם מחוץ למארזים שלהם ונראה שאף אחד לא מסדר.
התאכזבנו מהירידה ברמה של המקום כי זה מקום שמאוד אהבנו להתארח בו והיו לנו זיכרונות מאוד נעימים.

The location is great, also cheap price

Cons:

No one to contact, we were stuck outside of our room and no one answered phone calls or messages, also when we arrived no one answered.
Don't go there, pay a little extra and have the security of knowing that someone will help you in the time of need, our towels didn't get changed, we ran out of toilet paper, horrendous. And the worst part is the if not to nice neighbors which helped us to enter our room (which all they did was pass their card and it worked, yeah all cards open all doors apparently) we would've slept the night at the street

J’y retournerai mais un petit coup de clean lui ferait du bien.
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien placé. Facile d’accès, les chambres sont spacieuses.
Entouré des meilleurs restos et bars de Tel Aviv.
Un quartier jeune et dynamique.

Cons:

L’hôtel a pris un coup de vieux. La chambre était un peu sale. Je n’ai pas réussi à faire fonctionner l’eau chaude.
Les vitres étaient aussi sales.

Comfortable accommodation, flexible management
Pros:

The whole accommodation is very cozy and the roof terrace is simply fantastic. The area is quiet and peaceful. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby.
Special thanks for the flexibility and the more spacious room.

Cons:

The cleaning leaves something to be desired. Due to some fault in the bathroom, water was standing on the floor.

Pros:

The location is great. You can have a nice walk and reach the sea by walking. Many cafes and bars around. You get a discount in a nice cafe near by. Also they have a great rooftop were you can bring your food and drinks. The manager is helpful and responding.

Cons:

Its a very artsy and bohemian place which makes it unique, but everything is old and broken a bit there and a bit there. Bed sheets and towels were clean but better not to look under the coutch:) we didn't have hot water which was very annoying when you come to the place after long trip with two kids, but the next day the manager solved the situation.
