מיקום, מחיר נגיש יחסית, מרחב בגג שכיף לשבת בו

הגענו ב16:00 (כשצק אין ב15:00) והחדר לא היה מוכן ברמה שחיכינו מחוץ לחדר שהמנקה תסיים לשטוף
המגבות שקיבלנו היו מלוכלכות לגמרי, המזגן הרעיש כל הלילה והמזרן קשה כמו אבן.
מצאתי קרם משומש של מישהו שכנראה שכח שם ואף אחד לא טרח לפנות.
התארחתי אצלכם בעבר והיה לי עניין עם החדרים והגעתי לחוויה מתקנת שממש לא הייתה מתקנת.
חשבתי שאמצא את המקום שאגיע להתארח בו בכל פעם שאני בעיר אבל אני כבר לא אחזור.

הסתובבתי שעות לחפש את המקום
הגעתי בשעה מאוחרת והסתבר שיש בר ועשרות צעירים מתחת לדירה. למזלנו מתוך הדירה לא שמעו את הרעש
ובוקר ראינו שזה ממש קרוב לשרונה והאיזור ממש יפה.
אבל היה סיוט למצוא את המקום.
בעל הבית כנראה לא דובר עברית ולא הגיב לעניין לפניות
לגבי הכתובת.

I love the building’s artistic design. The beach is within walking distance, and there are many restaurants nearby. The city can be quite noisy at night, but the room’s windows and door provide excellent sound insulation, so it was very peaceful and easy to sleep.

Also, there’s an excellent boxing gym nearby if you’re interested in booking a private training session. (Nakash Boxing gym)

In addition, the staff were very kind, and the communication and overall service were excellent. Thank you! I will be back for sure!

לצערי המלון נמצא בשיפוצים אבל משכיר חדרים בבוקינג מבלי לציין את העובדה הזו באתר. כל המסדרונות מלאים בציוד בניה וארגזי קרטון, סללנו בינהם את דרכנו לעבר החדר שקיבלנו. בחדר המזגן טיפטף המון מים על הקיר שנהיה בעצמו מלא במים שהגיעו עד נקודת החשמל שממוקמת במרכז הקיר. כל הדבר היה מאוד לא בטיחותי ומלחיץ. מייד הודענו למלון שהעביר אותנו לחדר אחר, הפעם גילינו שהחדר לא ממש גמור. איכשהו העברנו שם את הלילה וברחנו על נפשינו בבוקר. חוויה מאכזבת מאוד ודי מלחיצה וחבל מאוד שהנהלת המלון לא מתנהלת בשקיפות מול לקוחות בוקינג בנושא השיפוצים.

היינו לפני כשנה, הגענו שוב בטעות.
מאיפה להתחיל?
התחזוקה עלובה, וכל בין היתר אפילו מושב האסלה לא מחובר, צינור המקלחת לא מחזיק, הכיור לא מעוגן למקומו.... להמשיך? הכל משאיר רושם של חובבנות.

המקום עצמו בשיפוצים - שזה מילא, אבל אפס מחשבה על פעולות לשם מזעור ההפרעה לדיירים בחדרים התפוסים.

חמור מכך - אפס הבנה של הצוות לגבי "מה זה בית מלון" - כך לדוגמה, ניסו שלוש פעמים להיכנס אלינו לחדר כדי "להחליף את השולחן" - מה יעזור לי שולחן יותר חדש, אם כל היתר מתפרק? למה לדפוק באגרסיביות על הדלת, שוב ושוב, כאילו יש לפחות שריפה בבניין, אחרי שכבר אמרנו שאנחנו לא מעוניינים בשדרוג השולחן"?
בקיצור, עד שמישהו לא יתעשת, ויפעל למיצוי הפוטנציאל של המקום - אני לא חוזר לשם

הדבר היחיד שאהבנו הוא המיקום באזור מאוד שיקי וכיפי בת"א (קרוב לפארק המסילה)

הגענו לפני חתונה משפחתית לשני לילות -המלון נראה כמו מלון מטיילים בהודו ולא בGOOD WAY
קיבלנו קוד בצק אין שעשינו אבל החדר היה לא נקי עם גושי שיער על הרצפה מתעופפים ,חלונות סגורים ע"י פיגומים!! בלי שהויעו על כך ,מקלחת מתפוררת ,זוועה . פגשנו בחור שעובד במלון ואמרנו לו שאנחנו חייבים לחשוב מה עושים וקיבל ,הלכנו לשבת למטה להתייעצות (היינו 2 חדרים 7 איש) וכשרצינו לחזור לחדר כדי לבדוק שוב אם שכחנו משהו ,הקוד לדלת כבר לא עבד..הבחור לא ענה לטלפון ,פשוט אין שירות.
לא נשארנו וביקשנו החזר .

Pros:

The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The self check-in process was easy and convenient. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, public transportation, and tourist attractions. The room was quiet, and the rooftop was a great place to relax. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
