Unlimited access to our Wellness facilities which includes the gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, spa treatments.

For nonrefundable bookings, guests are required to present the same card that was used to make the reservation on check-in.

Utterly disappointing
Pros:

Location and rooftop bar

Cons:

Sauna wasn't working , Lift wasn't working , was upgraded to a room that wasn't as good as what we originally wanted
Staff were rude and unhelpful, tv wasn't working ,was told we could move rooms to a complete downgrade and the complimentary cake was stale

Well run and comfortable hotel in central London
Pros:

Good location in quieter section of central London . Excellent breakfast and very courteous and attentive staff.

Cons:

There was no temperature control in the room which we found a little warm. We had an early departure time at 9 am but the pool did not open until 8 am . It would have been good if it could have opened at 7.30 am

As the Front Desk Manager, she handled everything with such grace and genuine care. It’s rare to find such dedicated service, and she truly made our stay unforgettable. Had a great stay would be happy to come back again and only 5 mins from tube station.
Pros:

Welcome drink was a nice touch, had a large room with a good size bathroom, free wifi at the hotel. Breakfast had plenty of options with option to choose off the buffet in addition.

Cons:

struggled to get into room to begin with , handle was a bit stiff once we was told this then no further problems , staff were on hand to help immediately

Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others

Staff were lovely, breakfast was lovely, top floor bar and breakfast room had a wonderful view, very nice bedroom. Pleasantly quiet location so no noisy traffic, easy walk to Moorgate and Liverpool St tube and buses.

Cons:

Only small niggles - telephone in my room was not working so had to use my mobile phone to call hotel reception to get tea sent up, as there was only 1 English breakfast tea bag in my room - took an hour to arrive. Bathroom floor was a little stained and needed mopping
