Unlimited access to our Wellness facilities which includes the gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, spa treatments.

For nonrefundable bookings, guests are required to present the same card that was used to make the reservation on check-in.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

Please note that a physical credit or debit card must be presented upon arrival for verification and payment purposes. We are unable to accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other contactless payment methods at check-in or check-out. Lovely stay with great facilities and fantastic service.
Pros:

Service was fantastic, the staff were very welcoming and kind in character. Never felt rushed. Felt like all our needs were accommodated and I will highly recommend to friends.

Cons:

Only thing I have as a preference is that hot drinks be served to the tables at breakfast and not a self service machine.

An amazing hotel
Pros:

This hotel was amazing from start to finish. From the staff to the facilities to the hotel rooms. The rooms are exceptional. They went above and beyond to make my partners birthday special. Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning! What an amazing hotel. Thank you!

Pros:

The location was very good. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunately we had a very bad smell in our room due to other guests smoking in the corridor and we had to move rooms. We were promised a bottle of wine for our troubles but it never came to the room.

Disapointing and customer service from manager appalling

Sauna and steam was closed at time of visit. Lot of building work going on. Manager, think his name is Ankit is completely incompetent. Still trying to grt a refund i was promised over a month later

Classy hotel in good location
Pros:

We enjoyed the Spa (new Sauna is not effective) and the breakfast was good. Liked being close to both bus and tube transport.

Cons:

We have stayed at the Montcalm Royal London about 5 times and always enjoyed a few complimentary drinks either in reception area or on the rooftop bar in summer months. However this is the first time we did not see any free bar on offer which was a shame.
The room is quite small for the price.

Great hotel, fantastic staff
Pros:

From the minute we arrived the staff were lovely. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was large, very clean, comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed.

Cons:

The service charge for our brunch was a little steep. I would prefer to leave my own tip, which may have been more as the food and service were very good. But, fixed amounts applied feel a little presumptuous.
