For nonrefundable bookings, guests are required to present the same card that was used to make the reservation on check-in.

Amazing and highly recommend
Pros:

Everything.
The decoration and smells throughout the hotel were amazing. drinks , ice cream and fruit on arrival.
Check inn quick
Bedrooms spotless with great facilities including robes, slippers, steam iron. No noise coming through from other hotel guests.
Roof top bar which was insane with great food and drink.
Great value and location will definitely be back.

Staff was very friendly, rooftop is great.

Cons:

2 of 4 elevators were not working so waiting time was quite a while at peek hours
as well as some kind of yoga session so the balcony was closed a big chunk of sunday in great weather

Juste j’aurais voulu avoir une prise dans la salle de bain. Et sur le bureau y’avais une prise sur deux qui marchais.
