Unlimited access to our Wellness facilities which includes the gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, spa treatments.

For nonrefundable bookings, guests are required to present the same card that was used to make the reservation on check-in.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

Please note that a physical credit or debit card must be presented upon arrival for verification and payment purposes. We are unable to accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other contactless payment methods at check-in or check-out. Lovely hotel, unfortunate experience with Spa
Pros:

The property is lovely, staff friendly

Cons:

We booked the hotel for the spa and they told us on arrival that the sauna and steam rooms were not working and were being renovated. I think this could have been told to us prior to checking in. Especially because I had been loading with the hotel about the spa

Fabulous hotel with excellent staff
Pros:

Location was great, the staff were all friendly and helpful. We arrived early after a bit of a disastrous journey down to London and just intended to drop our bags off but Ryan sorted us out a room & had us checked in nice and early and threw in a complimentary breakfast for us the next morning. So that was a lovely touch. We loved the rooftop bar, all in all we have a wonderful stay and would definitely book again.

Cons:

There were a few renovations going on on the top floors but nothing too disturbing and it didn’t get in the way of a fab stay

The room was amazing and the staff very helpful. Also it was my partners birthday and the room was decorated so beautifully I appreciate the effort put in to make his day special

Cons:

Spa was very full, people were sitting around the handrail for the jacuzzi so my mam stepped out the side but slipped on the tiles and fell. Floor needs to be mopped more regularly.

Would never come back such an unreliable hotel!

The spa facility at your hotel was shockingly appalling! As I booked a couple massage for myself and my partner as we attended the spa the receptionist give us are robes and towel then we proceeded to get changed, then we waited for are treatment. The receptionist approached us to inform us the staff member was running late and will be with us within 5 to 10 minutes which wasn’t a problem. Then after having waited for are treatment the receptionist came back over to inform us that slot wasn’t available as they didn’t have the staff! No later time was offered, absolutely nothing! Just a refund! Are situation was handled extremely unprofessional and had us leaving with a high emotion of disappointment with my stay!
Also to top of are experience an I wouldn’t have mentioned it as mistakes can happen but as we check in to the hotel, it wasn’t the cleanliness but staff was very cooperate and make sure are room was re-cleanedd.
