Unlimited access to our Wellness facilities which includes the gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, spa treatments.

For nonrefundable bookings, guests are required to present the same card that was used to make the reservation on check-in.

Please note that a physical credit or debit card must be presented upon arrival for verification and payment purposes. We are unable to accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other contactless payment methods at check-in or check-out. Breakfast and the team were amazing

Cons:

Sofa bed couldn't find blanket pillow for the sofa bed phone was not working in the room to ring reception very lazy to go downstairs I slept with our pillow and a blanket. Maybe the phone in the room was working but was not dialing out to reception.

Excellent other than heat and failed AC

Cons:

Unfortunately on the hottest May Day ever over 34% C the roof top bar restaurant Air Conditioning had broken down and still wasn’t fixed the following day. Being presented with Red Wine at room temperature 38%+ meant you got Red boiling liquid - not good

Pros:

Heel vriendelijke en servicegerichte staf, fijn zwembad, de studio voor yoga of pilates naast de gym, het ontbijtbuffet mét de optie om 1 gerecht a la carte te bestellen, het restaurant en het dakterras. 2 metro's in de buurt en The City is een verrassend levendige wijk.

Cons:

Het uitzicht vanaf het dakterras is niet meer zoals op de foto, mijn favoriete gebouwen waren niet meer te zien door een nieuwe toren in aanbouw.
