Great stay, the shuttle bus into the old town was a bonus.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was not huge but it was excellent. Leo on reception was a standout. He helped me with a special request and was always smiling and attentive.

Amazing Hotel Experience
Pros:

The hotel was excellent! The service was so kind, friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious and luxurious, and the pool is amazing! 🏊‍♀️

The breakfast was also very varied and delicious.

Amazing experience
Pros:

Great hotel with good atmosphere. Nice staff, pool area is amazing. Relaxing. Very clean comfy room.Location is good within the rice field. Great breakfast.Only 7 minutes with grab. The view for rice terrace is super nice . And you can just take bicycles for free and wonder around. Very good value for money.

Amazing value in a relaxing location.
Pros:

This hotel is great value and in a great location away from the crazy centre.

I got a decoration welcoming package for my sister for her birthday! Flowers, cake and room were fabulous. I didn't like my room originally on the 2nd floor so I changed to one on the 6th floor and paid a bit extra and it was amazing. Staff were really helpful. Room cleaned each day with fresh water.

Hotel is in a great location with many spas, shops and food nearby without going all the way into town each night. Courtesy bus is great into town. Walk is about 15 min.

I recommend if you are staying here go for rooms on the 5th and 6th floor.

Cons:

Pool was a bit warm and appeared dirty but unsure if this was the tile colour. It is cold first thing in the morning then heated up, which is common for pools in August. Some common areas of the hotel could have been a bit cleaner (lifts etc).
