Amazing experience
Pros:

Great hotel with good atmosphere. Nice staff, pool area is amazing. Relaxing. Very clean comfy room.Location is good within the rice field. Great breakfast.Only 7 minutes with grab. The view for rice terrace is super nice . And you can just take bicycles for free and wonder around. Very good value for money.

Amazing value in a relaxing location.

This hotel is great value and in a great location away from the crazy centre.

I got a decoration welcoming package for my sister for her birthday! Flowers, cake and room were fabulous. I didn't like my room originally on the 2nd floor so I changed to one on the 6th floor and paid a bit extra and it was amazing. Staff were really helpful. Room cleaned each day with fresh water.

Hotel is in a great location with many spas, shops and food nearby without going all the way into town each night. Courtesy bus is great into town. Walk is about 15 min.

I recommend if you are staying here go for rooms on the 5th and 6th floor.

Cons:

Pool was a bit warm and appeared dirty but unsure if this was the tile colour. It is cold first thing in the morning then heated up, which is common for pools in August. Some common areas of the hotel could have been a bit cleaner (lifts etc).

Le monsieur qui fait les omelettes le matin ( je pense que son nom c est Hien) est adorable et souriant - les femmes de ménage vous disent bonjour et le concierge aussi. Le spa top.

Cons:

Le personnel à la réception ne sont pas souriante ni avenante - ils ne vous saluent pas- le personnel de l accueil et les serveurs ne vous adressent pas la parole. Nous avons passé 3 semaines au Vietnam et cet hôtel est de loin le pire et le seul que nous n’avons pas aimé. La piscine était salubre il y avait une couche de dépôt qui flottait et l eau était rempli de particules. Je me suis tournée vers la réception- là ils m ont offert des massages gratuits pour me calmer. J ai du insister que c’est dangereux de maintenir la piscine ouverte dans un tel état pour qu ils la nettoie ! Je ne comprends pas que cet hôtel soit aussi bien noté. L ambiance est lourde le petit déjeuner n est pas bon!

Great stay, relaxing, romantic.
Pros:

We really loved the swimming pool, which is incredibly relaxing and quiet (especially during adults-only times!). Breakfast was good, and as vegans, we were happy to find a few suitable options—not a huge variety, but enough for us. The complimentary bicycles were a highlight; we had a lovely morning ride around the area. Our room was excellent—both spacious and cosy—and we slept very well. We also enjoyed a couples massage that was absolutely relaxing. Overall, this stay offered really good value for money.

Frühstück überwiegend asiatisch ausgerichtet Kaffee leider nicht genießbar, man muss einen Aufpreis für einen richtigen Kaffee bezahlen Leider schlechte Belüftung des innen liegenden Badezimmers
Die Handtücher am Pool haben sehr schlecht gerochen, es war toll das es sie gab aber sie waren durch den muffigen Geruch unangenehm

Set a bit outside the center in a lovely, quiet area, with a stunning pool that lives up to the photos and a spacious, well-equipped room. Staff were extremely attentive to any request, and breakfast was excellent and very complete. A huge storm kept us in one evening, so we had dinner at the restaurant instead, and everything was delicious. We also treated ourselves to a spa package with a scrub treatment and massage, which was fantastic. They also offer free bikes to ride to the beach and around the city.

Would come back here again we loved our stay.
Pros:

The pool was fabulous and rooms were modern and very clean. Breakfast buffet was exceptional and staff were very friendly and attentive. Shuttle bus to beach and old town was also a good facility to have.

מלון מצויין. הרכב משפחתי, 2 חדרים מרווחים מאוד. החדר היה נקי, מצעים ומגבות נקיים ונעימים. מיטה נוחה, מזגן טוב, זרם מים באמבטיה מהטובים שהיו לנו בטיול. ארוחת בוקר עשירה. הבריכה עם הנוף לשדות האורז הייתה מושלמת והיוותה מפלט יומי מהחום והלחות של הויאן. יש אופניים לשימוש אורחי המלון, רכבנו בשדות האורז הסמוכים. יש שירות שאטל לחוף ולעיר העתיקה אך לא השתמשנו בו. הזמנו גראב בכל פעם שרצינו להגיע לעיר העתיקה וזה היה נוח עבורנו. הצוות במלון היה שירותי ואדיב. הייתה לנו חוויה מצויינת והיינו שמחים להישאר שם יותר.
