Great room
Pros:

The room has very large, clean and well equipped. Very good quality throughout. We asked for a quiet room and it was very quiet. Above a large shopping mall. Many restaurants in the mall and nearby. Some good bats too.

Convenient well-equipped stay with the best food choices around.
Pros:

Lovely stay, convenient location surrounded by tons of food. Navigating there was easy, staff were helpful and friendly. The shampoo and soap provided were of amazing quality and smelled great! Loved that they were as eco-friendly as they could be by providing water-pitchers and cutleries. Kitchen was thoroughly prepared for any form of cooking and the room had all the amenities necessary to stay.

Cons:

Some fixtures were a bit loose in the room. Bathroom wastepaper bin was slippery and difficult to use. Sofa cushions were a little sunken and the comforters did feel as soft as other hotels.

The water in bathroom is clogged within minutes during shower. Drains very very very slow.

Family friendly spacious
Pros:

A nice change from our usual hotel. Spacious unit enough for 2 pax. Staff at the hotel are friendly. The hotel is supporting sustainability but not enough information on how the guest can help eg. Change of sheets and towels etc. Shopping mall is connected to the building, though is not big as compared to 1 utama mall but can find essential shops like supermarket, pharmacy food court, bakery, restaurants and cafes. .Plenty of eateries eg village park nasi lemak and massage places are around the area.
