Please do not prioritise energy saving on your end and at the expense of guest comfort.

Air-con was set to a fixed temperature that was not cool enough for comfortable stay.

Moderate. Needs to improve on pricing for what it offers.

Room is spacey. As expected.

Cons:

Facilities are quite old including gym, swimming pool. Breakfast area is far from ideal for the price we paid.

Family friendly spacious
Pros:

A nice change from our usual hotel. Spacious unit enough for 2 pax. Staff at the hotel are friendly. The hotel is supporting sustainability but not enough information on how the guest can help eg. Change of sheets and towels etc. Shopping mall is connected to the building, though is not big as compared to 1 utama mall but can find essential shops like supermarket, pharmacy food court, bakery, restaurants and cafes. .Plenty of eateries eg village park nasi lemak and massage places are around the area.

Perfect location with such friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely return.

The location and the staff were excellent.

Cons:

The apartments are getting a little dated and needs some minor repairs / upgrades. Our couches had some suspicious stains from previous guests.
