Pros:

Très bon emplacement pour cet hôtel, tout près du quartier des spectacles. Relativement calme
Entretien des espaces communs et des chambres très satisfaisant.
Personnel agréable, petite mezzanine en coin commun à l'étage
Le petit dej est correct

Cons:

Absence de chocolat chaud au petit déj (café, thé ou jus d'orange) dommage pour moi avec deux enfants.
Niveau décoration je pense que l'hôtel mériterait un grand coup de renouveau sur l'ensemble de sa structure

Pros:

Отель расположен в Даунтауне на оживленной улице, где много кафе, ресторанов, магазинов. Метро и исторический центр в пешей доступности. Расположение идеально как для отдыха, так и для работы.
из аэропорта можно добраться на автобусе и пройти еще немного пешком. Завтраки достойные и сытные, в номере чисто, постель удобная. В номере приличного размера холодильник. Вай-фай неплохой. Персонал услужливый.

Cons:

Так как платил дебетовой картой, сумма за проживание была списана 2 раза (как мне сказали иногда такое случается), что было не приятно, так как это произошло в самый неудобный момент, но персонал, несмотря на выходной предпринял все доступные меры, чтобы решить ситуацию. В итоге деньги были возвращены как только банки открылись.
Еще одним минусом было отсутствие лотков для обуви в номерах. я путешествовал зимой, улицы засыпаны солью и реагентами, соответственно остатки грязного снега таяли уже в номере, оставляя солевые пятна на полу и ковролине. В других гостиницах наличие лотков и очистителей для обуви на входе снимало данную проблему.

Emplacement et confort
Pros:

Emplacement idéal, 5 minutes de PDA et théâtres. Très bon Resto Viet Ong Can Ca juste à côté. Accueil courtois et professionnel. Service voiturier efficace. Café et thé à la reception. Option déjeuner pour 15$ disponible. La chambre propre, confortable et tranquille. On peut y ouvrir une fenêtre! Nous y retournerons sûrement pour des soirées spectacle!

The staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was ok and the complementary coffee and other beverages throughout the day

Séjour agréable au cœur de Montréal

L’emplacement et la proximité avec le métro ainsi que les diverses activités dans le cadre de Montréal en lumière.

Cons:

Le lavabo de notre salle de bain ne s’écoulait pas, mais une fois le personnel de la réception avisée, le problème a été vite réglé.

Awesome stay, would definitely come back!
Pros:

The room is very big, with a lot of space and anything you need: bed, armchair, desk, fridge, closet, a bathroom with a big shower. I loved the fact that there was a kettle and a fridge in the room so I could keep my food and drink my tea. In the reception there are filtered water (absolutely vital because tap water is disgusting), coffee and tea for free at any time. Also, on the mezzanine there is a working area with armchairs and desks that one can use. The check out at noon is very conveniente because it leave you the entire morning, and they keep your luggage for free. Awesome!

Cons:

Some elements of the room were not perfectly fixed, like the fridge light (which I didn't need anyway) or the towel rack in the bathroom, which fell down as soon as I tried to hang my towel. But honestly it didn't matter because the room has anything one needs.
