Personnel disponible et sympathique.
Bien situé.
Stationnement disponible en sous-sol (voiture emmené par le personnel car très très étroit).
Café disponible gratuitement et à volonté dans le hall d'accueil.

Cons:

Propreté de la salle de bain moyenne.
Pas de petit-déjeuner, du moins eux même vous conseille d'aller chez Allo mon coco avec qui ils ont un partenariat.

Great, relaxing and will come back again. Happy with the stay. Staff are kind and helpful.

Perfect day
Pros:

Loved the location near the Place des Arts, complexe Desjardins, Complexe Guy Favreau and Montreal Chinatown.
The room was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable...we loved having access to a coffeemaker both in the room and in the lobby

Pros:

Best Western Plus Hotel Montreal has a great location with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The staff is friendly, and there’s even free coffee in the lobby. I saw some complaints about the neighborhood, but in my opinion, it was just fine and I felt safe.

Cons:

It's a busy street, so expect some urban noise during the day.
