The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The location was awful - really dodgy end of rue st Catherine; worst of all, the room looked into another room so the windows were frosted and the room was dark the whole time. I asked to be moved and was told there were no other rooms available!

L’emplacement est top mais il se trouve dans un quartier assez animé.
Le petit déjeuner est agréable et très varié (sucré/sale), le système de forfait est top.
La chambre est très agréable, la literie, la salle de bain est pratique et l’eau est bien chaude.

Cons:

L’emplacement est parfois peu agréable surtout le soir, il y a beaucoup de sdf

It’s an OK option for a few days in Montreal.
Pros:

It was really easy to move around Montreal from this location, just a 20-30 minute walk to Old Montreal, a few blocks away of Place d’Arts and the shopping area around Eaton Centre.

Cons:

Unfortunately the area itself (not the hotel) was not very well taken care of (dirty smelly sidewalks and plenty of homeless people), but this could have being a side effect of the International Jazz Festival that was taking place a couple of blocks away.

They could improve breakfast options and attention to housekeeping details (we ran out of handwash and shower gel, even though we did reported it to the frontdesk bottles weren’t refilled or replaced).

Pros:

Betten sehr bequem, freundlicher Empfang, Kaffee in der Lobby rund um die Uhr kostenlos, sehr ruhig trotz der Baustelle gegenüber, viele Essensmöglichkeiten sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr nah. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen! Bus und U-Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gerne wieder!

Cons:

Lage zwar top für Ausflüge, aber viele Bettler drumherum. Aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts!

Best Western Plus stay
Pros:

Location not far from the old town. Room was spacious and clean. Nice view of the garden.Staff were friendly and always helpful

Cons:

There was no full length mirror. The block out curtains were not quite big enough. Coffee machine worked but the coffee was not nice. The AC didn't work that well. The area was a bit seedy.
