No big mirror and only one key.
I got confirmation 4368813989. Pin. 8013. But no answer to email or phone once I reached Malaysia. I prepaid for the dates 29 May to 4 June. Have had to book another apartment . So paid double ! Is this sometime the case when booking with Booking.com ? I have been using your platform for at least 15 years , now I am very disappointed.

The staff was very helpful and responsive at every moment I needed their help. The view on the skyline.
The price mentioned on booking was not all included I had to pay extra money (like over 200€) and I was not really happy about that. The kitchen appliances were in bad shape, it was barely functional and I didn't feel like cooking after all.
Important to understand that the studios are part of a hotel, but the studios are not managed by the hotels staff.
This is best location for stay Bukit Bintang-Kualalampur. Many many resturants & bars is nearby from apartment, only 5-10 minutes distance. The room was clean spacious and comfortable. Staff is very responsibility and helpful, they are always ready to answer any questions.

The location is amazing and outstanding view of Merdeka 118 for an affordable price at the centre of Bukit Bintang. The hotel has good parking facilities. View from pool was great too.
Great location just a few minutes walk from the MRT station and countless bars, restaurants and foot stalls. Modern interior, clean room, great pool with wonderful views around, especially at night.
