Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit der Mitarbeiter war sehr nett und professionell.
Besonders an der Rezeption Sinan und Emre Koray und Baris haben immer nach Zufriedenheit nachgefragt . Eigentlich war das ganze Personal hilfsbereit nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Lage ist nicht grade ideal aber die Aussicht aus den oberen Etagen und die Anwendungen ( Massagen) und auch das Fitnessstudio haben dieses Manko wettgemacht.

A wonderful stay at Lionel Hotel Istanbul – exceptional service
Pros:

I had an amazing experience at the Lionel Hotel in Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. A special thank you to Irem from guest relations – she was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure every detail of my stay was perfect. Her professionalism and warm smile truly made a difference.

I would also like to thank Koray, the front desk supervisor, for his outstanding hospitality. He was always available to help, answered all my questions with patience, and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process.

The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-located. The rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. I highly recommend Lionel Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I’m especially grateful to Irem and Koray for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely be back!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit gutem Service und top Lage – ich würde wiederkommen.
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Besonders positiv war die gute Lage – man kommt schnell zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Cons:

Es gab nichts Wesentliches zu beanstanden.

Не идеально чисто. Маленькие кровати. Сломанный душ. Дешёвый ершик, мебель и шторы. Вода в кране напор очень маленький

Не соответствует своим звёздам. Не может быть отель пяти звёзд с очень маленькой кроватью в ширину! Booking должно освободиться этим пять звёзд должны соответствовать пяти звёздам. Такое ощущение как будто тебя обманули . Гостиница трёх максимум четыре звёзд но не пяти!

Vacanță reușită, revenim aici!

Totul a fost minunat. Micul dejun foarte bun.Hotelul este aproape de mijloacele de transport .Personalul amabil a răspuns la solicitările noastre mai ales Emre Coban și Kolay.
