Excellent stay in Istanbul.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly. We all family like it very much and for sure will stay again whenever we visit Istanbul. Special thanks to İrem Naz for her support.

Pozitia față de centrul orașului, faptul că are parcare, personalul de la recepție 10 +, domnii Emre și Koray au fost foarte amabili și ne-au ajutat cu informații.

Cons:

-3jours = 7 interventions pour une clim disfonctionnel
-Se fait réveiller 2 jours de suites par la réception alors qu’on signal qu’on dort et ne pas dormir
-Changement de chambre en conséquence mais refus catégorique de nous donner la chambre pendant le transfert de chambre (1h le temps de tout ranger et descendre alors que ça aurait pu nous prendre 10 minutes)
-Suite à ça, envoie un agent de sécurité nous espionner de manière très irrespectueuse
-On se retrouve bloquer dans notre chambre de l’intérieur jusqu’à l’intervention d’un serrurier
- Lors du départ, pour « s’excuser » le manager de l’hôtel insiste pour appeler un taxi alors que je voulais commander un Uber pour l’aéroport et les prix aurait été au taximètre, mais avec son insistance on a cédé avec comme argument du pzrsonnel de l’hôtel « établissez le prix fix de 2400 TL, c’est pour votre sécurité pour eviter de vous faire arnaquer » là où moi j’ai toujours l’habitude de payer selon le taximètre, qui du coup affichais 2000 au compteur, le taxi m’a affirmé que c’est une entente avec l’hôtel. Quand j’ai contacté le manager de l’hôtel, il m’a dit « qu’il avait oublier » d’allumer le taximètre au début du trajet (ce qui est faux étant donné que je suis habitué de ces arnaques à Istanbul et que je surveille constamment le bon lancement du taximètre au début du trajet)
Bref, hôtel 5 étoiles que sur le papier psk déjà sans les problèmes c’était probablement le moins bien de tout ce j’avais fait mais alors là il est catastrophique et malhonnête, a fuir absolument

In my line of work I travel a lot and I can say that this is one of the best hotels that I stayed in , in terms of service and cleanness .
