Vielen herzlichen Dank an Koray. Er hat viel geholfen und hat für uns das Geld für das Taxi bezahlt, weil wir bei der Ankunft keine türkische Währung hatten.

Vorig jaar verbleef ik met mijn gezin in dit hotel en toen waren we erg tevreden. Het hotel was schoon en verkeerde in goede staat. Helaas viel ons verblijf dit jaar tegen. Bij aankomst kregen we een kamer die niet schoon was: het tapijt zat vol vlekken en de kamer rook sterk naar sigaretten.

Na onze klacht kregen we gelukkig een upgrade naar een andere kamer. Deze kamer was beter, maar ook daar waren er helaas veel gebreken. De koelkastdeur was kapot, de schuifdeur van de wc en badkamer werkte niet goed en de gordijnen zaten ook onder de vlekken. Het is jammer om te zien dat dit hotel niet goed wordt onderhouden.

Positief zijn wel de ruime parkeerplaats en het vriendelijke personeel. Hopelijk wordt er meer aandacht besteed aan het onderhoud, want het hotel heeft zeker potentie.

The best hotel in Istanbul, definitely worth going there again.
Pros:

Service is perfect, Wi-Fi is great, beds are comfortable. Rooms are very clean. Lobby is very clean and great. And a great gym.

Mit allem sehr zufrieden
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr sehr nett. Mein Sohn wurde krank, musste brechen. Das Personal hat mitten in der Nacht Extrahandtücher gebracht. Sie haben vom der Küche Pfefferminz-Zitronen besorgt. Alle waren sehr bemüht. Mein Sohn konnte nicht frühstücken gehen, ich konnte ihm ins Zimmer das Frühstück bringen.

Was ich noch positiv hervor heben muss, ist dass ein kostenloser Tiefgaragen zur Verfügung stellen. In İstanbul ist es sehr schwierig einen Parkplatz zu finden.

İch kann nichts benennen, was mir nicht gefallen hat.

Nous sommes venus à deux pour visiter Istanbul, l'hôtel est vraiment splendide, le personnel aux petits soins; la localisation est idéale car seulement à une dizaine de minutes à pieds du métro et accès facile au centre d'Istanbul.
C'était une super expérience, nous savons quelle adresse conseiller à nos proches et où retourner si jamais nous voulons retourner en Turquie !
