For the cost it is a good enough place to stay
Pros:

The location was Ok, about a 15 min walk to the main part of town. We liked having a kitchen and especially having a washing machine and dryer before we got on our cruise.

Cons:

the front desk staff was less than welcoming. One of our party is handicapped and they were not very helpful about
getting him and another friend a taxi to meet up with our whale watching cruise. Taxis are at a premium when the MANY large cruise ships arrive in town (daily)
The rooms were dated and the dishwasher appeared to not have been run when we arrived

Very satisfied
Pros:

Great customer service, including keeping fish we caught in their freezer until we left & holding our luggage until check-in. The best was when we made a last minute request for a shuttle ride to the airport at 7:30pm and they had one there in 15 minutes! Location by the whale was great!

Nice location in the not too loud and crowded part of downtown.
Pros:

No breakfast included but a nice breakfast restaurant was a short walk away.

Cons:

Traffic noise but my noise machine helped alot.

Nice room , staff doesn’t seem to be invested in customer service.
Pros:

The location was good, about a 15 minute walk town.

Cons:

We had an issue with the staff with regards to the shuttle from the airport. After multiple phone calls and various reasons for delays,the shuttle finally arrived after waiting for over an hour. The staff really didn’t seem to want to take responsibility for this.

Great option in Juneau walking distance but away from the big crowds
Pros:

Loved having washer and dryer and 2 rooms. After a cruise it was nice to spread out to repack and relax. Nice location

Very Nice Hotel in a Great Location
Pros:

The Juneau Hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient but far enough away from "downtown" Juneau to avoid the noise and crowds coming from the large passenger cruise ships. The hotel owners took a hands on approach and were friendly and helpful. The free hotel shuttle ride to and from the airport was great. It was a beautiful walk every morning on the boardwalk next to the Gastineau Channel from the hotel to "downtown" Juneau.

Cons:

A small housekeeping issue arose but was quickly resolved by the new hotel owners.

It was an OK stay
Pros:

Location is excellent. We liked that there was a washer and dryer in the room, also a kitchen.

Cons:

Room was very warm - if you open the windows then you had to deal with street noise. Need to have dish washing liquid to wash dishes, not just dish washer.

I’d stay here again when I come to Juneau
Pros:

Spacious set up. Living room with TV, kitchen, and separate bedroom. Having a washer/dryer in unit was so convenient. A short walk into downtown Juneau - liked that it wasn’t in the downtown itself which can be really crowded when the cruise ships unload. Comfortable beds, clean room.

Cons:

Window blinds didn’t seal out light - bring a mask to sleep with.
