Pros:

Location coffee maker did not work, no daily room cleaning, security on windows the first night was absent, house keeping for fresh towels was none existant

Very good. Perfect for active outdoorsy types.
Pros:

I really liked the location being close to downtown, but not right downtown.

Staff is great. The lent me a bear spray that someone had left. They also helped me out quickly when I locked myself out of the room.

Cons:

The suite had a washer and dryer. But, the washer didn’t really work and made me nervous that it smelled hot.

Pros:

Staff VERY HELPFUL. Brock helped me solve a problem when I traveled to other locations and returned to stay here 3 times. Jeremy was super-helpful! Marshall also helped me.
I stayed here 3 times and used it as a base. The airport shuttle was terrific and there was safe parking for my car.
The renovated rooms/suites were
great and even included washer/dryer.
Rooms all 3 stays were clean. Coffee available 24 hours. Great location near The Whale sculpture and somewhat close to downtown restaurants and shops.

Cons:

No breakfast. Easy for me to drive to restaurants but some people had a bit of a walk to downtown.

Pros:

Great location if you have a car. Quiet, safe, and easy parking. Room updated and clean. Liked having a separate little building with my own little front patio with table and chairs. Spacious room with a/c, thermostat, and ceiling fan.
BOTH young men who checked me in and out were VERY helpful and kind, especially with my needs due to a disability. Staff also figured a way to keep my “freezer ice” in the main building.

Cons:

Refrigerator did not have a freezer.
No breakfast included in price.

The hotel was good and also a fair price for the location.
Pros:

It was a ten minute walk into Town. The rooms were suites also had a washer/ dryer. Very convenient.

Cons:

No restaurant attached

I can’t understand why a hotel would not have proper curtails on the windows.

Great find for a tourist town
Pros:

We loved the location of the Juneau Hotel. Close to downtown but far enough away that we didn't feel the noise of tourist crowds. The hotel, while old, is still very comfortable and we felt safe there. We also loved the washer and dryer in the room.

Cons:

The lounge area could be updated but all in all, it was a very comfortable stay. The price was a bit high, but we understand that the tourist season in Juneau is quite short.

We stayed 1 night and the hotel served the purpose but nothing outstanding.
Pros:

Very spacious accommodation, more like a holiday apartment with kitchen than a hotel room.
Free airport shuttle.

Cons:

No breakfast is offered and walking to anywhere to grab something takes 20 min given the location.
A bit overpriced for what it is.

For the cost it is a good enough place to stay
Pros:

The location was Ok, about a 15 min walk to the main part of town. We liked having a kitchen and especially having a washing machine and dryer before we got on our cruise.

Cons:

the front desk staff was less than welcoming. One of our party is handicapped and they were not very helpful about
getting him and another friend a taxi to meet up with our whale watching cruise. Taxis are at a premium when the MANY large cruise ships arrive in town (daily)
The rooms were dated and the dishwasher appeared to not have been run when we arrived
