Experiência abaixo do esperado.
O atendimento na recepção foi fraco e, apesar de chegar com muitas malas, não houve qualquer auxílio. O estacionamento não estava disponível e o quarto entregue era diferente daquele reservado pelo Booking. O quarto fica ao lado da caixa d'água e do fosso do elevador, com barulho constante. Faltavam itens básicos, como sabonete, cabides e um travesseiro minimamente confortável, além de o ar-condicionado estar sem controle na chegada. O aquecedor elétrico apresentou forte cheiro de queimado após ligado a noite, o que considero uma questão preocupante de segurança. O elevador chegava apenas ate o 5* andar e tive que subir de escadas mais um andar ...
