Pros:

The staffs are really friendly & helpfull. Quick response. I needed to print my boarding pass, they help me printed it gladly.
Just want to add for the house keeping, my suggestion is the room should be clean everyday automatically. So no need to ask & leave key in the front desk.
And note also for the key card access most of the card don't work for the swimming pool gate. Need to fix it. Because it's really a big hustle try to find security to open the gate.

Small apartment but quite nice.
Pros:

Small apartment but quite nice. It has everything in the same building: several small restaurants, an ATM, laundry store, small clinic, 2 convenient stores.
The apartment is clean, but the patio is dirty.
The location is tucked inside a crowd district, so it take at least 5-7 minutes by car to reach the big street. If you are using all those online taxi services, make sure to point it into: the Kebagusan City Apartemen, orherwise the driver will get lost. Also tell the driver to go through Kebagusan I street to make it easier
