The ample number of private baths that can be used throughout the day, the spacious rooms with traditional decor and incredible staff made the stay very pleasent. Would like to stay again.

良くなかった訳ではないのですが、20年以上前に宿泊した際はスタッフのおもてなしが素晴らしく、人数も多かったような記憶があります。
The private baths are great!
The actual building of the rooms is a bit sad and from another time. It needs a lot of updates to make it really something I’d recommend to anyone. We had dinner and breakfast but skipped some of the food because it wasn’t very appetizing. Dinner service was friendly but rather express and it wasn’t about a relaxing and special experience.

食事の案内や準備がスムーズでないこと、仕入れの関係でメニューが品書きから変更になったのにもかかわらず説明が無かったことなど、食事に関するサービス面で不満が残った。
What a wonderful place! The hotel, scenery and room is beautiful. The food and 10+ baths were incredible! The staff was very kind and helpful. They speak very little English but that is more my problem.

日本の伝統建築を用いつつ、自動ドアがあったり、広く場所をとってあったりして使いやすい工夫があって良かった。段差があるので、足下が不安な人は要注意。ベッドの部屋だったが、シモンズのマットなのがとても良かった。
食事も地元の魚や果物を使っておいしく、温泉の大浴場も気持ちよく使えた。部屋に温泉露天風呂があったので夜中と朝に使ったが、湯船が大きな壺で面白かった。イソヒヨドリの縄張りらしく、朝はイソヒヨドリのオス（お腹が赤い）に威嚇された。
綺麗で、良かったがお風呂が遠くて迷いました。

自然がたくさんあり、居心地よかったです。またうかがいたいので、ひとつだけ提案させていただきたいです。
お風呂がたくさんありとても楽しめました。自由に入浴して良いため、その都度清掃はできないことは十分承知していますが、このご時世なので各自で消毒ができるように、浴室に消毒液を置いても良いのではないかと思いました。
とても居心地が良くくつろげました。お世話になりました。
