Towel conundrum :-)
Pros:

Location was great. Room was big and reception staff was friendly and polite. Beds are comfortable enough and room was reasonably quiet.

Cons:

Constant problem with towels (you had to ask :-)). Shower (wet) room - water splashes across the whole of the bathroom and stays. Rooms rarely cleaned. Small print that all facilities are closed (bar, restaurant).

It was good until found mold and they didn’t care!!!!?

Cons:

The room had mold in it and the bathroom was extremely dirty shower was nasty! The manager picks the phone up and hangs up on you after the front desk tells you they will have a manager call but never does so you call and you never get to speak to them cause he picks the phone up and hangs it up!!!!!

Cons:

The whole building is under construction. The rooftop, restaurant, and 2 out of 3 elevators were out of order. It took at times 10 minutes to get an elevator that then typically was so full that I had to wait another 10 min. Walking from the 9th floor every day was fun.
Besides that, the rooms are in bad condition. Water facets were partly broken (I could not turn on the warm water), and the outlets did not work. All in all, it was an extremely disappointing stay.

Our covers were covered in mold. My daughters and I was very uncomfortable and couldn’t figure out why they were itching so bad until we check the comforter they were under!
