I would not stay here again ever which is unfortunate because the location is ideal especially for games and concerts.
Pros:

The location was great

Cons:

The room was dirty, Wifi did not work, absolutely no restaurants were available, no iron in room.

Did the job
Pros:

Chose this hotel at very short notice due to change in travel plans. We didn't spend much time in the hotel to properly assess it. There was a delay at check in due to IT issues but the staff member was very polite and apologetic.
Location was ideal for a quick explore of the French Quarter.

Cons:

Apparently the hotel had a roof terrace but this was unavailable due to repair work I believe.

Lovely short stay in new orleans ! Would stay again
Pros:

This property had amazing staff. They checked us in early. It was spacious, it had a tele, a little out of the way but if you like a short walk it was great. Very good for the money you pay - we were really happy.

Bed bugs, dirty towels and bedding. The central ac unit did not work so the room was 76 degrees in 90 degree weather
