The Landmark Suites Westlands, Nairobi- Next to Westgate Mall

The staff was very helpful when I had questions about something. They were all very friendly.

Not very well maintained in rooms; rain shower head was loose. Washing machine didn't work. Limited towels. We had to ask for a hand towel. Limited supplies in kitchen.

Meget slidt hotel, møbler på værelse meget slidte, håndklæder og lagner med huller, blod og andre ulækre pletter, gardiner der hang i laser. Vi boede i lejlighed med køkken, men intet virkede og der var intet i køkkenet til at lave mad med eller spise med og køleskabet kølede næsten ikke. Hver dag lagde de kun 1 håndklæde selvom vi var 3 mennesker.
Morgenmaden var det dårligste vi nogensinde har fået, alt var koldt, ingen vand og flere dage gammelt brød. Vi brugte ikke poolen, da det hele bare var meget beskidt og frastødende. Vælg et andet hotel!!

The Property is excellent

Food quality was the best, one of the safest hotel to reside. Overall the stay and experience there was fantastic. Thank you Kenya!!!!!

The hotel is next to the construction site That means from 7:30 am to 5 pm when there is no sun light they stop I was woken the second day and I complained to the hotel They gave me another room which they said is in the back But it still very noisy Is just opposite the room I had before I think hotel .com should have been note so No one will experience like I do

What was shown as advertisement is not what I saw in my suite. False advertising, specifically I was shown a balcony for my room but there was no balcony. My view was a rooftop for another building that was lower that had lines of clothes hanging from them. Every week day, I heard a lot of construction machines. I did not go out all the time so it was loud and annoying. Though it had a full kitchen, there were no plate and eating utensils. The pots were very warm causing all good to stick to the pot. I bought food to cook that I could not cook because of this. Not good for cooking pancakes or anything that needed a coated pan or pot. Some of the furniture is too worn. It was very clean and the staff did a good job of cleaning each day. The staff provided items that I needed and eventually provided dinnerware and eating utensils with knives and spoons to cook. I will not stay here again. My observation are not as bad because I’ve been to Nairobi a lot and expect some things not to be according to American standards of a nice suite. I wish I could have gotten a monetary credit for these inconveniences. Perhaps that is possible since I purchase through your app. You really should send your reps to make sure what is being advertised is what is true. Apparently, you have not. Thanks.

The Landmark is a bit dated, but the apartments are spacious, clean, and well maintained. Excellent location, just down the block from Westgate Mall, with plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.

One negative: The fitness room is barely usable. The bench was rickety and nearly falling apart, and there was one set of 10kg weights, no other sizes. Please upgrade!

Working wifi useless, breakfast pathetic. Breakfast service worst than of the cheapest 2 star joint ( at least there is someone to ask if you needed something, here a simple toaster was msssing for 2 hours ) and they call themselves suites ? Not recomended at the lowest cost !

Extremely enjoyed the stay.
Very helpful and friendly staff.
Very clean and lovely terrace bar and restaurant.

Stay was good, but breakfast was very mediocre that is the only downside.

Ich war sehr zufrieden.

First, the hotel should have put a big post on their website, warning people that the hotel is next door to a big construction site, that is so noisy that you were hardly able to have a conversation in your room or in the reception. Every day except Sundays they will work from 8am to 5 pm. We booked a superior apartment suite with two bedrooms for three people. At arrival the apartment had a total of 2 towels, NO cups, NO glasses, NO plates NO utensils or other kitchenware. After complaining, we were brought 3 of each. The aircondition in one of the bedrooms did not work. The fridge did not work and was not suitable for food. I complained and a technician came and looked at it, but could not repair. He came back the next day but could not repair. He came with a colleague the third day, but they could not repair. On day four I asked to talk to the manager, because I was annoyed. The manager was not able to talk to me, as she did not feel so good. The reception happily told me that they could move us to another room, as they were not able to fix the fridge. We accepted that, and we were moved to another apartment. This of course had no towels or kitchen stuff, so we started from scratch again. I asked for a compensation or discount, but was told that it was not possible, as my booking was made online (BS). Overall the worst hotel experience in 15 years. The construction is over by the end of 2026, but noise is the least of the hotels problems.

Der er byggeri ved siden af hotellet som starter fra kl. 8.00 til 17.00 hvilket ikke fremgik af deres hjemmeside, så der var meget støj
Der var lidt mug/skimmel svamp i brusekabinens loft
Og lejligheder havde køkken men jeg skulle bede om at få tallerken og bestik og da der ikke var et fuldt sæt
Sengen var meget hård men de var hjælpsom med atat gøre den mere comfortable, ved at give mig 11 puder som kunne laves om til en”topmadres” hvilke hjalp lidt
Det var små ting som de bare skulle fixe som vil være nomalt på andre hoteller, så ville hotellet være rigtig godt sted at overnatte
Men byggeriet ved siden af er der nok 2 år endnu måske mere, så der går mere tid en det før jeg måske kommer tilbage.

Nice, spacious room, the bed was good. Good location next to the Westgate mall, and close to the centrum. Super friendly and helpful staff. A really good choice and stay in Nairobi.

Fantastic facilities, great location. Staff attirude was great, no careless, always available and around.
Superior value-for-money. Our expectations were low due to damaged ratings but only minor items behind 4-5* suites - sound isolatiion to outwards not perfect, aircon not at top performance and WiFi not stable.

I had a wonderful stay. Timely Services and staff were supportive.

When I saw Shah Karim Aga Khan’s picture as I entered the lobby I knew I’d have an amazing stay. Everything was perfect!
