situation chambre accueil batiment

Cons:

le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de four micro ondes dans les chambres et la facture differente de ce qui avait ete prevu sur le site booking. Je n'ai toujours pas reçu la facture demandee qui justifie le passage de 84 dollars à 120 dollars!!!!

Cons:

We were issued a room near the elevator and ice machine. The ice machine beeped (similar to a fire alarm) alllll night long. We were not able to sleep. There was a missing soap dispenser in the shower. The towels had holes in them. The floors were sticky like being mopped with apple juice. We complained to the front desk and no one called!!! The sole purpose of a hotel is a restful night sleep after a long day traveling. “F”

Needs new management and renovation.
Pros:

This property is managed poorly!

Cons:

Staff was absent at check in and took 30 minutes to finally show up. Shower in room was not functioning and they charged $23 additional for parking and WiFi. Parking is free across the street and I don’t need WiFi .

It served it's purpose.
Pros:

The staff were nice, convenient location. The breakfast eggs were great.

Cons:

The drop off was blocked with a parked unattended car and it was rainy. The shower needed fixing and broken tiles that were not fixed correctly in the bathroom. They charged an extra "amenities fee" because I booked on a third party site.

Classic older hotel in downtown Natchitoches.
Pros:

Great location one block off Main street in Natchitoches. Private parking is great. Room pretty basic, but adeguate for our short stay. Nice breakfast.

Our stay was great

The cleanliness the night shift front desk worker was amazing phenomenal etc his energy was everything and he was very helpful
