Disappointed. Could have been better for the price.

Cons:

One of the elevators didn’t work, the room door was coming off the hinges and made the door hard to close, the shower hot and cold control didn’t work, the soap and shampoo have been reduce to tiny bottles rather than the dispensers in the shower since our last stay and a car was at the front door getting a tire changed which prevented easy access to unload.

Very nice place, in a great location with an excellent breakfast.
Pros:

The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was renovated and very nice.
The breakfast was superb and the staff extremely friendly.
We needed a charging station and they had one that allowed us to charge for free, which was very nice.

Cons:

For me, it was fine. Some would say, the furnishings are somewhat outdated, but it had everything we needed.

Not sure we would stay again, luxury hotels should look and feel like they are...
Pros:

Outdoors was beautifully landscaped. Staff was friendly, front desk was too chatty amongst themselves about non work related stuff while waiting on guests. We got a bigger room than i was expecting, that was nice. Breakfast was good. Furnishings in our room were nice but very worn.

Cons:

Parking situation is not great, especially if there is incelment weather, fortunately we only had to deal with cold and wind. I feel like this might be a common concern. The front lobby had grass/straw in the front door (on the floor) when we got there and was still there when we got back that night and again in the morning when we left. The lobby was lacking sorely in decor. This is a luxury hotel but it didn't give that vibe on the inside.

We had a great stay where we were made to feel like close friends.
Pros:

Loved the staff! Everyone was very kind and helpful and really made the stay there feel like you were staying with friends. The GM was very personable and very kind. She went above and beyond throughout our stay. My friend and I came in for the Top of the Boot concert and this was a great location being close to the venue as well as close to the water where there are lots of shops and restaurants.

Cons:

It’s in down town so parking is a challenge that they did well to accommodate with multiple additional parking lots across the street.

Exceeding my expectations. The best breakfast Hands down!
Pros:

Everything was excellent. We were able to check in a bit earlier. The front desk was very nice and they explained the parking and all of the amenities. OMG the breakfast with the breakfast host Mrs. Hudson was the best. I appreciate the delicious food and her genuine hospitality.

Cons:

The off site parking was was little confusing. The signage for parking lots B and C could be more visible.
