The room overlook the lake and can see the sunrise. The hotel location is good. The dinner buffet was good and the hotel staff, named Moon, at the restaurant was very helpful and teach me how to use MeiTuan to save money.

Our stay at the Changsha Meixi Lake The Luxury Collection Hotel was simply outstanding! The breathtaking lake and city skyline views from our room were unforgettable, especially at night. The hotel's design is sophisticated and luxurious, creating a truly elegant atmosphere. Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally attentive, professional, and genuinely warm, making us feel incredibly welcome. Our room was immaculate, modern, and very comfortable. Dining options were excellent, offering both delicious local flavors and international cuisine. Its location is perfect for exploring Meixi Lake's beauty. An absolutely perfect urban escape – we highly recommend it and can't wait to return!

Of all Marriott hotels that I’ve stayed over the years and attained the lifetime platinum status, my experience staying for the one night at Meixi Lake Hotel on10-Dec-2024 is the worst. The hotel management is not only selfish but also very unthoughtful of other customers. If there’s an agreement with the table tennis association with exclusive rights to certain facilities within the hotel like the gym, steam room, etc. for a period of their stay 10th to 18th Dec and restriction imposed on other customers to access these facilities, customers should be informed in advance of their check in about these limitations. They should be given ample times to decide if they want to keep the reservations and live with the restrictions or change the hotel. By informing the customers this situation at the time of check in only gives customers no choice and options but to put up with the selfish acts of the hotel management. I’m very disappointed with the hotel high handed way of managing this situation, especially for a LIfetime Platinium Elite Member who have been a loyalist to this group. My advice to the manager at the time of check out this morning is to pre-alert those customers about to check in for the next few days so they don't get the same bad experiences as I have gone through. Hopefully she understands and values other customers as the table tennis association😔

The rooms were spacious and the clean. The staffs here were friendly as well as willing to assist us in everything and staff . Everything was perfect and the food were really nice too. Overall a great experience as well. Happy to come back and visit again.

Beautiful hotel, good services, excellent food and high international attention services for tourists and foreigners. You can enjoy gym, swimming pool, bar lounge, cottages, and too many beautiful places. It's ubicated beside to the Jingmao Cultural Center Opera House
