Pros:

This property is super super clean! We get the apartment room and it is very very spacious. From the front desk personnel to housekeeping personnel was very super nice… they are very kind and humble. The rooms are very clean organized. The best hotel so far I ever stayed, the AC also is very cold, so cozy. If I come back I will stay the same hotel again.

Pros:

My son really enjoyed swimming in the pool everyday. There is a lifeguard on duty everyday from opening to closing time of the pool. This was very important to me since, I have a 8 yr old who is not that experience in swimming. We rented an.apartment and it was very spacious.

The staff at the hotel made the time in Dubai comfortable and welcoming. Everyone at front desk, breakfast, room service and house keeping was attentive and quick to provide a first class service. Thanks to them the stay was very good.

The staff here were ever so friendly and helpful. Very considerate. Meal in the restaurant was excellent and a very good buffet Breakfady with lots of choices was provided

Clean, furniture is good but room finishing is old, need renew, wash room was congested when taking shower, electricity in my room shutdown suddenly, repaired after 20-30 minutes, finally I requested 1 extra bed they offer for free, but they don’t offer blanket even after I request

I have stayed and visited this Hotel for past 10 years or more but every year they are loosing more Quality as we go . And I’m A very loyal guest to any hotel that I like or feel Comfortable with . As much as I’ve tried to give my self and them a chance once a year but Unfortunately, nothing has improved so at this point I think it’s time to find a new hotel .

Excellent friendly staff attentive and responsive to our needs. The apartment rooms were spacious and well designed I would highly recommend booking here if you don't mind being just outside the central areas of Dubai
