بصراحة الموظفين محترمين جدا ويتجاوبون مع الاسئلة والاستفسارات

موقع الفندق حيوي جدا وحرفيا كل الخدمات حولك لم يعجبني الشارع اللي أمام الفندق مزدحم كل الأوقات ماعدا الصباح الباكر

الموظفين + الموقع + الواي فاي

تم حجز غرفة شخصين لمدة يومين 168 يورو ، ويوجد لدي طفلين عمر سنه ونصف وعمر 6 سنوات ولم اجد خيار اضافة الاطفال الا بحجز سويت اخر وصعبه يكونو في غرفة وانا في غرفة وتوقعت انهم يأخذون مبلغ رمزي عليهم وللاسف دفعت مبلغ 220 يورو على الطفلين اكثر من قيمة حجزي وعلى نفس الغرفه لكن اكبر بشيء بسيط ولا يوجد سرير للاطفال ، ولكن بشكل عام الفندق ممتاز والموظفين ممتازين

More expensive than I would expect for this quality
Pros:

Mostly clean, but signs of several wall damage in the room (corner) and shower

Cons:

Located far from metro (1h walk), and bus services are too unreliable. Expensive: would expect that there is no black stuff on the wall in the shower for so high price; shower was not fixed well on the wall

Pros:

موقع الفندق جميل جداً ، جميع الخدمات على بعد خطوات حولك ومنطقة حيوية نهارا وليلا ، موظفي الفندق في قمة الروعة واللطف وخدومين بشكل لايوصف جميعا بدون استثناء وبالأخص الأخ جيم لم يقصر معي قبل سكني وعملي ترقية لأحد الغرف التي طلبتها بدون مقابل وكان في قمة اللطف طوال إقامتي
الفندق رابع مرة اسكن فيه

Cons:

الانترنت احيانا يقطع مما عطل بعض الأعمال لدي ولكن العاملين يحاولون قدر المستطاع بحل المشكلة

Pros:

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly!! The location is great and lots of places to eat at 1am. However, it might be too busy for some travelers.
The sweet is spacious.
Overall it’s good but a bit old and not worth paying more than $100

Pros:

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and after reading the reviews about the noise being an issue, I was worried it would wake my child up, but we were on the 2nd floor and it was no issue, we slept perfectly. Thank you to the staff for making us feel welcome!

Charming and Lively Stay in Instanbul
Pros:

Lovely and spacious room in aparthotel in charming historical building. Wonderful staff. Very short walk to the shore. Near lots of shops and restaurants. Nice views of the VERY lively area. Would absolutely recommend, and I look forward to my next stay.
