All in all we had a pleasant stay the the lovely village.
The room was good but the bath room was slightly outdated without a shower curtain/panel. The carpet in the hallway looked past the best days. But the breakfast was amazing.

Amazing breakfast! Overall it is a very eco-friendly place. We visited in summer - had to stay just overnight. Hope to come back to stay longer and explore the area.

Ma chambre n’avait pas le plancher plat et donc le lit penchait d’un côté . Je recommande au propriétaire de scier un cote des pieds car c est assez désagréable de pencher comme cela.
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très varié et parfait.
Parking aisé et fermé le soir

Our stay wasn’t planned but the result of sudden debilitation on the part of my husband who needed more comfort than our small campervan could provide. We certainly found a high level of comfort - beds, hotel amenities generally - as well as the most sympathetic and helpful reception imaginable. The breakfast buffet deserves its award: great variety and high quality. The patronne and her staff were attentive and quickly made us feel at home. Altogether a lovely ambiance for any kind of stay. No evening restaurant, but the main street of the old village is no distance and offers a variety of types of restaurant if you want more than the use of a microwave (also available). Parking is easy in the hotel’s own parking area and access to all Villeneuve facilities is immediate. We’d definitely return on a happier occasion and would recommend to anyone for any kind of stay.

Hôtel un peu vieillot mais fonctionnel et personnel gentil.

Le lit king size était en réalité deux lits collés mais la literie est de très bonne qualité nous avons bien dormi.

Nous avons eu un peu de mal à tirer les volets de la chambre.

La salle de bain n'était pas nickel.

Le personnel est adorable et toujours prêt à arranger les clients
Tout est fait pour nous simplifier et c'est tout simplement fantastique !

Petit déjeuner exceptionnel! L'équipe est vraiment sympathique et l'établissement est très bien situé à côté des pistes de ski.

A pleasant family hotel in a good location in the town, but the rooms are in dire need of an update. We had a decent size triple room with view over the parking and entrance. Beds were comfortable enough, but there was carpet in the bathroom (like from the 90s) and no shower curtain to keep the water contained. We did not have the hotel breakfast but chose to eat at a café by the slopes. Positives: The women at the front desk was very nice, parking is included, lots of restaurants within walking distance and base of slopes within 5 mins walking.

Tres bon accueil dans le contexte Covid difficile pour nos hôtes. Ils ont tout fait pour rendre le séjour accueillant, agréable et sécurisant

Accueil chaleureux, positionnement de l'hôtel proche de l'accès aux pistes et du village pour tout faire à pied. Salle de restaurant agréable et petit déjeuner parfait, ambiance familiale.

on a aimé: le petit déjeuner copieux près de la rivière et la proximité des pistes de ski.
on n'a pas aimé: la salle de bain dont la papier se décollait, il n'y avait ni paroi de douche, ni carrelage autour de la baignoire.
nous avons été surpris de devoir payer 10 € par personne pour utiliser le spa alors que ce n'était pas mentionné dans le descriptif expédia.

Very nice owners and staff. Rooms simple but clean. Internet worked well. Checkin with code (we checked in late) worked well. Nice stay at a reasonable price.

A 2 pas des commerces, des restaurants et des pistes avec un très bon accueil et un petit déjeuner de qualité.

this hotel charged us twice this room because she has issued getting payment from hotels.com while it was clear we had paid for the room already. The hotel is holding the second charge on hostage and put the responsibility on us to get reimbursement from hotels.com. This is outrageous as a service and type of answer from someone working in the service industry.
