The hotel captures its vintage look and the up keep is good
Pros:

Room size and comfortable bed. Quiet environment

Cons:

I didn’t like that the room was was bare somehow with no place to sit so some chairs to work by the table would be ideal. Have a deli or some small bat for drinks for those too tired to go out

Location in centre of town was great ! Room was clean and bed was comfortable - furnishings a little sparse - Shower was great

I was not aware of any breakfast offered. We love how dog friendly the hotel is and the free and convenient parking. I wish the bar was open…

great hotel. The AC wasn't working properly in my room - they quickly moved me to another room. Loved that!! The location in the quaint town of Seneca Falls was perfect!

I would definitely stay there again!
Pros:

This place was beautifully redone. The staff was very nice and helpful. Location was great being downtown so we could walk to most places.

Cons:

I wish the bar and restaurant were open as we would have used both.

Horrible we keep giving it a chance and it just keeps deteriorating

Not much other than the staff is nice

Cons:

The hotel has gone completely down hill. Bulbs out in the bathroom mold in the shower sticky floor in the bathroom and room ceiling in bedroom peeling. Hallways smell stairways carpeting still not replaced and not clean or vacuumed. No breakfast anymore just coffee available. This hotel is horrible now. Been staying there for years will not stay again until it is refinished.

Pros:

Very cool, historic hotel w modern upgrades. Very clean and comfortable bed! Great to be right in town and easy to get to all vineyards, breweries, waterfalls,etc. Go have a great dinner at Flint & Stave...great vibe and excellent cocktails!

Cons:

Staff needs some work on polishing themselves up and being professional but if we needed something...they helped
