Wenn es uns wieder nach Wemding zieht, gerne erneut das Meerfräulein.
Pros:

Frühstück top. Schönes, gemütliches Restaurant mit hervorragendem Abendessen. Sehr netter Service. Herzlicher Hausherr. Wunderschöne Lage direkt am Marktplatz. Trotzdem in der Nacht ruhig.Wenn es uns wieder nach Wemding zieht, gerne erneut das Meerfräulein.

Cons:

Die Einzelbetten könnten etwas breiter sein.
TV ging nicht.

Pros:

Really nice staff, big room, clean with towels and hair dryer, free parking spot. Good heating. Down town. Amazing restaurant

Breakfast without hot options, for 10€ I think you can expect some sausages, bacon, omeletes, etc.

Lovely stay, smashing hosts.
Pros:

We had opted to stay in the area as it was en route between Oberammergau and Nuremberg, so quite random. It was a great choice as the family running it were lovely and really helpful. We opted for the breakfast which was great quality and very generous. The owner/manager gave us recommendations for the two days we were there, both of which were really good. We ate in the restaurant on one night and the food was excellent.

Pros:

Staff was wonderful, rooms were very nice, location is outstanding. Wemding is the perfect location for discovering the Nordlingen Ries and Altmuhltal. Both Solnhofen and Nordlingen, for instance, can be reached in less than 30 minutes by car. This was the primary reason for choosing Wemding, but the town itself exceeded expectations - very scenic, easy to find nice (and affordable!) restaurants. We also dined at the hotel restaurant, and that was very nice too. Breakfast was very nice, in a nice traditional setting. Rooms were nice, quite big, clean, and quiet (despite being above the little cinema), WIFI was very good. And the staff was absolutely wonderful, very friendly and helpful. We were traveling with our two adolescent boys, they had their own room, with separate beds. I requested this through Booking.com chat function and the positive response from the owner was very fast and friendly. In all an excellent experience.
