Lovely friendly staff/owner.
Pros:

Superb staff, very welcoming and helpful. Great location. Breakfsst on the rooftop had breathtaking views. A great hotel, I would definitely return.

Cons:

The bed cover was a thin sheet which took some getting used to with finding the right AC temperature. Woke up a couple of times sweating or shivering. 25 was the magic number!

Считаем, что слишком всё экономно….Цена невыскоая у отеля, но так экономить на завтраках….
Pros:

Обслуживающий персонал вежливый. Особенно молодой человек, который приносил завтраки

Cons:

При бронировании указан был размер номера 17м2, а нам дали номер около 12м2. Не развернуться, ни пройти..Малюсенькая комната…Хорошо хоть на следующий день нам поменяли номер, спасибо. Полотенца несвежие, рваные некоторые. Завтрак один и тот же…каждый день…Конечно, ещё раз мы бы туда не приехали

Overall we enjoyed our on-night stay at this hotel. very centrally and conveniently located.

Липса на хавлии за лице, стая за двама само с 1. Стол. Доста занемарена подръжка - в банята контакта всеки момент ще излезе, душа за да го закажиш трябва да си 2 метра висок

Classic central city hotel. Similar to NYC and London, tight bedroom and bathroom.
Great value for money
I loved the Turkisk breakfast on the roof terrace. It is distinctly Istanbul

Okay but not satisfying.
Pros:

Location, staff sweet.

Cons:

Room was very hot, no Air conditioning, toilet leakage, fridge out of order. Staff unable to solve the problem.

Pros:

Locatia, langa stadion si Dolmabahce, paturile confortabile

Cons:

Am rezervat si platit o camera tripla si am primit o camera dubla in care au inghesuit inca un pat, dupa multe tergiversari. Micul dejun saracacios, localnicii primeau in plus omleta, noi doar ou fiert. Lipsa prosoape de față, pahare.
